Montreal Convention Center Apartments

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at Mosaique on Rue de la Gauchetiere. This experience is not even worth one star. Here are the issues we are currently dealing with in the apartment: 1. The floors are extremely dirty and have clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. 2. The windows are very dirty. 3. The AC units are full of dust. 4. A window in the living room is missing a complete set of shutters that look like they have fallen or been ripped off the wall. 5. There is a huge stain with an uneven floorboard by the front door. 6. The toilet continues to leak water and make noise long after it has been flushed so that we have been unable to sleep during the night. 7. There are no curtains in the apartment, so the light continues to come into the bedroom at night. The flimsy blinds collapse each time we try to open or close them. 8. The smell of food was so strong in the apartment when we checked in that we are unable to stay inside without opening all the windows. 9. There are blood stains on the mattress. 10. There are dangerous wires hanging from the AC unit on the floor. 11. There are blood stains on the pillowcase. 12. The dining room chair is broken and made of cheap plastic. 13. No drawers or any kind of storage. Only two tiny closets one of which includes mops and a bucket. 14. A bed that is so small it cannot comfortably fit two people although the room is large enough to include a bigger bed. 15. Only one small side table in the bedroom. Why not include two with all the space. 16. Completely misleading photos of the building and apartment were provided before the reservation. The building is not as new or nice as shown with a view of a brick wall and windows from the apartment. Barely any light enters. 17. The AC units in the bedroom and living room are very loud and sound like a broken-down airplane engine. 18. Even the name of the company is misleading allowing you to believe that these apartments cater to corporate or executive clients which expect a certain standard of accommodation, cheap furniture has been used at best with the bare minimum of kitchen supplies or bathroom supplies. Not even a box of tissue. Small rough towels in the bathroom that we haven't been able to use. We are being charged exorbitant prices for just a two-week stay, with a high security deposit and a cleaning fee. Overall, this stay is a complete nightmare, and we do not recommend Mosaique to anyone. We are still here waiting for a solution from Corporate Stays.
