i arrived early around 11 am and was allowed early check in. This is so important after a long flight. The room is spacious and equipped with everything. Big working desk with good lighting. Wifi is fast speed. Breakfast is nice extra. i stayed on 3rd floor and was able to walk down the stairs. the two lifts are small and very often full of other guests.
one thing may need improvement. The steps in front of the main entrance is not designed for guest with heavy luggage.
Whether you’re a newcomer or lifelong visitor, Montreal wows each time. Once a printing factory, the industrial windows and tall ceilings at Le Guerin embrace its roots in full swing. Enjoy the perks of an apartment with amenities like fully equipped kitchens and in-suite laundry. If the office keeps calling, take advantage of the co-working space in the lobby with high-speed WiFi. Immerse yourself in the buzz of Saint Denis Street. Browse rare records at L’Oblique. Splurge on vintage jewelry at Les Folles Alliees. For a delicious brunch spot, we recommend carrot pancakes at L’Avenue. Say ‘Au Revoir’ to your routine and ‘Bonjour’ to adventure when you stay at Le Guerin.

The room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.
Las habitaciones son estupendas, tal y como se muestran en las fotos. La ubicación es buena, se puede ir andando a cualquier lugar. El desayuno un poco escaso.
This hotel is really good, booked a double bed room, the bed is very comfortable, enough for a family to sleep. The hotel is on the side of the road, but the sound is very good, opposite is a park, I believe it is very beautiful in spring, summer and autumn (winter in winter). The hotel's buffet breakfast is personally ok, with bread, cake, milk, juice, fruit and more. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also has a small tea room, 12am to 12pm, free refreshments and drinks, children like it. The waiter's attitude is warm and enthusiastic. There are Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel has a parking lot and they seem to have forfeited my parking fee (forgot). If you come to Montreal later, you will choose to live here.
This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.
Even though we stayed for consecutive nights, the room was cleaned properly, and the bed was made after check-out. The toilet was also well-cleaned, so we were able to use it comfortably.
Breakfast simple bread egg milk coffee juice, do not know whether it can be an extra bed, the stairs are narrower and narrower, the location is good, to Chinatown, the Cathedral of the Virgin is about 15 minutes away, no attention to the parking lot. Some rooms are as small as the attic, and some of the space is short, and the shower water on the upper floor is small.

GGuest UserThe location of the apartment is very convenient, just in the city center, it is very convenient to walk to the core attractions, the whole apartment is very spacious and the space is quite large, you can wash clothes, the kitchen bathroom is also very large, the facilities are complete, we are very satisfied 👍
Llujl5566The room is still ok, the facilities inside include a dishwasher oven and microwave oven, and a full set of pots and pans and coffee machines are also provided. A family of four lived very comfortable. The only criticism is that there is no front desk service. I can communicate with the front desk by phone for four days. It is really a big thing in such a French area. Especially the first day of arrival is winter night. I can't find anyone at the front desk. I can say it by phone. I can't tell it clearly.
HHONGWEIThe location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the long-distance subway station. The hotel is converted into a villa. The space is a bit small and the facilities are average. However, the boss said that it will be renovated soon. I hope it can be improved after the renovation. The boss is Chinese. The Chinese are still very convenient. Turn left and walk 100 meters from the hotel. There is a fast food restaurant opened by a Chinese couple for breakfast. It is very good, but the owner said that she would move to Vancouver immediately. I hope this restaurant can be retained.
