1. they advertise they service breakfast. They don't. They charged me 20 euro for breakfast and there was none. When I asked for a refund they refused. 2. they advertise they have rooms with king size beds. They don't. Their largest bed is a double. 3. their reception doesn't speak English at all. 4. the hotel is cold all the time. You have no control over the room temperature, you have to call the reception and ask them to change it (they don't speak English). They said they turned up the heat and they don't. 5. the location is not good 6. the reception is not hospitable 7. staircase is super skinny and tall, no elevator. Good luck carrying your luggage up and down. 8. I would not stay here again and not recommend it

Very friendly welcome, simple and clean room. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Thursday market right opposite. Breakfast at the bar just below. The owner is very attentive. Very easy access by metro. I recommend the establishment.

I stayed at the Hôtel royal Montreuil for three days and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel was completely renovated in December 2023 and offers modern and elegant comfort. The room was spacious, clean and air-conditioned, with a smart TV that allowed you to watch Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and other channels. The wifi was super fast and free. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and available 24 hours a day. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the metro and Paris, which is very convenient for visiting the capital. I highly recommend this hotel for its very good value for money and its serene atmosphere.

Hôtel simple et propre juste à côté du métro ligne 9, et à 5mns de Paris Montreuil expo. Très bien placé pour aller au Paris Montreuil Expo. Les chambres sont propres et simples, et les lits confortables. Dommage qu'on entend bien les voisins.
