Good price and quality ratio for an apartment Hotel in the outer areas of Paris. The staff was friendly at Check In and Check Out, I hadn't had much interaction with staff due to our short 2 day stay.
The room was good and reasonably clean, I did notice some small dirty spots in the kitchen and bathroom but nothing too bad that I couldn't clean myself with a quick wipe. The kitchen did have more tools than I expected, bread knifes, pots for cooking and baking, salad bowls, and a colander. Everything was available for your own cooking.
The balcony was nice and had a view on a school playground, for silent travelers maybe not perfect, but they should find a camping, the children playing contributed to a good atmosphere of the area and made it a lively environment.
In the hotel street there is a great bakery, a night store and a few supermarkets to get everything you need for your own cooking.
Transport is good, with an Uber about 20/30 minutes from the City Center. About 7 minutes to walk to the closest metro, to most sightseeing spots the it's 45 minutes in total (including the walk).
Only downside was not all the channels worked that the Room Sheet said (Like CNN or other English Network). There was 1 English channel (CGTN, Chinese State Media Network in English), it does host a good mix of documentaries and news.
