Absolutely incredible stay at this amazing property! The rainforest cottage was completely self contained and stocked up with milk and fruit along with our breakfast ingredients. Delicious croissants or pastries in the morning. Fire was ready to light which was appreciated during a cooler rainy winter evening! Incredible kookaburras visited every morning for a laugh and cane toads clicking. Surrounded by nature and blissfully peaceful. Great spa bath, dvd library and beautiful walks. Alan was an epic host and nothing was a problem. 10+++/10

Peaceful, relaxing and beautifully appointed cottage cabins, with excellent hosts. Breakfast provisions were plentiful and catered to my dietary requirements (lactose intolerance). Nothing better than a real wood fireplace and double spa perfect for couples. With chocolates and tawny port complimentary, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and have a comfortable stay.

Five of us girls booked out the Manor House for a weekend escape, and wow — what a treat! The place was absolutely divine: peaceful, quiet, and brimming with character. Everywhere you looked there was something interesting — quirky, eclectic furnishings and gorgeous historical architecture that made us feel like we were living in a period drama (minus the corsets). The hosts thought of everything and kept us well-fed and cared for. Alan’s dining suggestions? Five stars — not a single dud meal in sight! And can we talk about the luxury of every bedroom having its own bathroom? Total game-changer. No lineups, no chaos — just pure relaxation for everyone. If you’re after a beautiful getaway with personality, peace, and a touch of old-world magic, this place ticks every box. We’ll definitely be back for round two!

Everything we experienced from the hosts, cottage, food and comfort was 5 star rating. Hosts, made us feel very comfortable, very friendly, very accomodating and helpful. The cottage we stayed in was very clean, set up beautifully, it was a hot day, air conditioning was on when arriving for check in. Host helped take bags in as showed us to the correct cottage. Food was prepared in the fridge for our breakfast for both mornings as well as juice, fruit, tea, coffee, bacon, eggs, fresh bread, yoghurt and all. Beautiful arrangement of foods and fresh flowers. The spa was a lovely way to relax and sitting out on the deck looking over the valley and animals over the hills. The hosts arranged dinner as asked by my partner. The hosts did an amazing job. Great position to waterfalls and restaurant. We will definitely be coming again. Thank you very much Alan and Anna xx

Can’t thank the falls enough for the experience, the cottages are absolutely beautiful and nestled away in the rainforest. My partner an I had an amazing time here throughout our stay, Alan and his wife were very helpful and generous. My wife and I are making “ The Falls “ our home away from home! Thanks heaps guys

This is a must do escape. We did this for our wedding anniversary and the whole experience did not disappoint. The cottage was amazing and super private with everything you need. Special mention for Alan. A lovely host that was truly the cherry on top. Oh and not to mention the platters and fresh baked goods in the morning... We will be back.

Spent the weekend at The Falls Montville with my wife who was taking part in a running event on the Sunshine Coast. Alan greeted us when we arrived and we had a good chinwag before he helped us down to the cabin we were staying in. Amazing location, tucked into the rainforest. He took the time to make some dinner recommendations, and even called ahead to book a table for us both. He kindly offered to drop us off so we can have a wine and not need to drive home, which was appreciated. The cabins were awesome, well kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The selection of local foods were tasty. Thank you to both Alan and his wife for a wonderful stay, and highly recommend The Falls Montville to anyone needing accomodation in Montville.
