Absolutely magical as must do, once in your life, I traveled from Tasmania with my wife as a surprise for her to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Shell and Tony magnificent hosts, my wife is already taking about a return visit cheers Peter Chettle TAS

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Gatsby cabin. Its very cozy with a wonderful view over the lake, very secluded and quiet. We sat on the deck enjoying our evening drinks as we watched the birds. We enjoyed a dinner and breakfast hamper. For dinner we had the surf and turf. Fillet steaks and with garlic prawns fresh salad and chocolate dessert. All cooked on our bbq on the deck. For breakfast we had eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, croissants, muesli, yoghurt, orange juice and coffee. Yum. Nothing was skimped on. The bed is very comfy and the pillows just right. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for two nights in the Gatsby cottage. The views and sounds of the rainforest were breathtaking. We highly recommend getting up at dawn to see the mist over the lake and hear the dawn chorus. The cottage had everything needed for a luxurious stay and the bed was super comfy. The provided breakfast was excellent with everything provided. We also appreciated all the personal touches. The walking trails are a five minute drive away, as is the lake. Highly recommended.

Misty View is in a perfect location. We stayed in the Gatsby cottage. It had all the little extras that you would hope for. The personal touches make it special. It was in a secluded location. The view was spectacular. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Absolutely amazing! Love everything about this place. Location, cabin, utilities, added extras, like the condiments Port & Chocolate ❤️ breakfast hamper is huge. Dinner package was beautiful We’ll definitely be back
