When booking via email I had to ask for a confirmation twice. Eventually I got the answer that they had already sent me a confirmation twice. I never received it (also checked spam). This did not give me a good impression of the hotel but I understood afterwards that the Internet in the entire region does not always work optimally, perhaps because it is not that far from the border with Switzerland. We did not have any wifi problems. Upon our arrival - after an 8 hour drive because of many traffic jams, construction sites, etc. - we received one key to our apartment. The lady explained where the apartment was. We asked for a second key, which was no problem. A friendly and efficient reception. Positive points: the apartment itself - 2nd floor in an annex - is cozy, spacious with a nice terrace, quiet. The bathroom was very clean and there are many windows here. Finally a hotel that provides fly screens everywhere, and a coat rack! In each room however - just under the roof - there is a large vault with several beams. These beams come down diagonally, very low even. This is why you really have to be careful not to bump your head! The kitchenette in the apt. was locked, but there is a fridge. The hotel is located near the water, small mooring for sailing boats. Cycle paths start everywhere. For tourist information, it is best to go to Radolfzell, where there are also many shops. Almost no shops in the village of Moos, which is not a problem. Large parking lot at the hotel. There are 2 storage rooms for bicycles, which can be locked well, and where the batteries can be charged. Restaurant: the morning buffet is more than sufficient, tasty and fresh. The kitchen is generally very tasty. Service was very good. General: no negative points, but a few comments: it is a pity that long-fiber carpet was chosen for the stairs and in the apt. I find carpet very pleasant and cozy, but this type of carpet does not really guarantee cleanliness. It is gloomy in the apt., because there is little lighting. The kitchenette in the apt. is indeed, as already mentioned in many reviews, locked, so no coffee/tea set, no plates, glasses or cutlery. At the morning buffet you have to queue at the coffee machine. One coffee pot per table is so much more practical. After every lunch or dinner you have to pay immediately. If there are a lot of people in the restaurant, it is quite busy, especially in the "front" part, at the entrance.

Outdated furnishings. Does not meet current standards. Bad smells from the kitchen in the late morning. It takes away your appetite. Unfriendly staff. Huge crowds at the breakfast buffet. This consists of the cheapest of the cheap (including pressed ham). Overpriced. We strongly advise against staying here.

Wir waren mit dem Bus dort und hatten für 45 Personen schon telefonisch vorbestellt. Um es vorweg zu nehmen: Es hat alles prima geklappt. Die Preise sind zwar etwas hoch aber die Chefin war super freundlich. Dies ist aber in der Bodenseeregion in der Nähe der Schweiz normal. Da kann man hin......

Bevor wes zur Bestellung kam, mussten wir einen Tisch weiterziehen. „Da sitzt seit 3 Wochen ein Gast, und der kommt jeden Moment!“ Kein Thema, wir sind flexibel! Wir orderten laut Speisekarte ein „Zigeuner“-Schnitzel und ein Rahmschnitzel. Auf dem Teller bekamen wir jedoch folgendes: jeweils zwei kleine unpanierte, in einer suppenähnlichen Flüssigkeit schwimmenden dünne Schweinesteaks. Im Zigeuner“-Schnitzel fanden wir immerhin ein klitzekleines Paprikastückchen. Das beste am dem Gericht waren die Pommes. Das andere Essen zierte ein kleines Stückchen Salatblatt. Außerdem wurde unsere Anwesenheit, von der Bestellung bis zur Bezahlung, mit einem lautstarken Telefonat von einer Dame hinter dem Tresen über Umbauarbeiten im Lokal gestört. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Essen war lieblos und nicht gut. Gemüseteller mit Putenbrust war wie von vorgestern. verkochtes Gemüse und trockene Putenbrust. Jede moderne Kantine kann das besser. Kartoffelsalat wurde eiskalt serviert. Laut Kellner ist das richtig so, jeder halt halt einen anderen Geschmack. Die zusätzlich bestellten Kroketten waren innen noch gefroren. Kommentar des Kellners: kann schon mal passieren. Noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Nie wieder!

Sur aucun site il n’est précisé que le restaurant est fermé le dimanche et le lundi. Le repos hebdomadaire est respectable mais il serait judicieux d’informer les clients de l’hôtel qu’il N’auront pas la possibilité de dîner sur place. de plus en arrivant il n’y avait personne à la réception et nous avons dû nous livrer un jeu de piste pour trouver le bâtiment où se trouve notre chambre.
