Good Service as for Employees are always friendly and willing to help. Chalets are neat and comfortable but not Self Catering. Need to upgrade SOME Chalets to accommodate long stay customers. Need to inform Customers of Loadshedding Schedules and when Events are taking place on premises. Lack of maintenance on Buildings and on premises. Very relaxing atmosphere. Need to expand Restaurants Menu as for there is not a lot to choose from. Enjoyed previous stay. I will be returning in June for another 3 months stay due to work.

i would like to thank staff of Nahakwe lodge, from the 1st day i called enquiring the service was excellent. Reminders of our trip were sent. On the day of arrival they called to check on our whereabouts as we couldnt check in by 14:00. On arrival everything was prepared for us. Even the security guards came to check up on us as we arrived late at night. We had a good experience.
