Stayed here for a night, very busy hotel with just 2 receptionists checking in, resulting in a 30 min queue. Got the twin plus room, which was nice and clean. Breakfast sadly let the hotel down - nothing was cooked to order, meaning everything was presented buffet style. I arrived at 7:30 to Luke warm omelettes and cold sausages. Beach area is nice, and the walk along the beach to cafes and tavernas was a good option!

First time visiting this place with my friends and family. Place is amazing. Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful anytime. Lots of attractions for kids . Room was clean everyday . Always fresh towels. Cleaning ladies very nice welcoming you with a smile. Buffet in restaurant very well organize everyone will find something for themselves. From vegan and vegetarians to meat lovers. .

I Loved the hotel and I would definitely stay here again. I recommend visiting here in April or May as it’s still hot and not busy like it would be in August! Despite the fact that my Dad almost died of shock diving into the freezing cold pool, Overall great Service,fantastic facilities and epic entertainment.

Honestly we are on holiday at the moment and for the money this holiday is spot on . The staff are friendly and the food and drink are fine also rooms immaculate. Can’t fault it. All staff are welcoming and helpful. The evening entertainment is brilliant, especially the Greek night with live dancers and live music the guy playing the mandolin was amazing

Hotel appears to be making improvements since Mitsis took over but rooms need updating. They are cleaned daily. Food is good for an all inclusive. We spent a lot of time at the private beach & were looked after by Alessandro & Georgia at the River Bar, really nice & genuine team, 5 Star to them. All the staff were polite, warm & welcoming. Recommend for all different groups.

Very good experience. The staff are very friendly and respond quickly to requests. Good place with children, several pools in various locations The room and equipment were correct. The buffet is quite varied, I only regret that there wasn't more typical Greek food. I recommend this place for family vacations

We arrived Easter Saturday for a 12 night stay. All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble when dealing with guests. The room we had was in the Riverside block, overlooking the river and was very comfortable and clean and in a quiet position. We really enjoyed all our meals, plenty of choice and plenty of Greek food on offer. The hotel grounds are large and spacious and very well maintained with several pools and plenty of entertainment every day and night. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and would certainly visit again.
