Stayed here for a night, very busy hotel with just 2 receptionists checking in, resulting in a 30 min queue. Got the twin plus room, which was nice and clean. Breakfast sadly let the hotel down - nothing was cooked to order, meaning everything was presented buffet style. I arrived at 7:30 to Luke warm omelettes and cold sausages. Beach area is nice, and the walk along the beach to cafes and tavernas was a good option!

Highly recommend, stayed at various hotels in corfu over 5 years and this hotel wins by a mile. Staff and hotel was spot on looking at booking again and bringing the kids for 2026. 5 star looking forward to staying next year. If I had my way I’d be booking to come next month ;) thank you Mitsis in Corfu

We visited this hotel for 4 nights. We changed rooms 3 times during this due to the first room having black mould In between the tiles and the door not locking in the second room along with the patio being black with dirt. The service is overall ok. However every night the food has been stone cold. The restaurant is so busy all times of day, we ended up eating out instead. Finding cutlery is a daily task. The drinks machines are in a different room to where you sit and eat so you have to walk back and forth. The basic chips, pasta, cheese and an over cooked meat. Mouldy strawberry’s. I managed to loose weight while I was away. The bars all have 7-10 people queues at all times a day. You even have queue for a cola or coffee. There’s no machines to just grab a drink. There is a ice cream shop but it’s in the main reception so you can’t have an ice cream on the beach without a 10 minute walk. In which time the ice cream has melted. If you like Bailey’s or Pina colada, they don’t serve either. Not even an alternative. You can only have a coffee in a plastic cup. No cup and saucer. I’ve no idea who is writing all these positive reviews. Maybe if you’re used to 2-3 star restaurants then this may be nice for you. However if you’re expecting anymore more then don’t book. It isn’t a 4 star, it’s more like 2-3 star. I have stayed at mitsis hotels before and this is an embarrassment to them. And a let down for those who trust them.

First time visiting this place with my friends and family. Place is amazing. Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful anytime. Lots of attractions for kids . Room was clean everyday . Always fresh towels. Cleaning ladies very nice welcoming you with a smile. Buffet in restaurant very well organize everyone will find something for themselves. From vegan and vegetarians to meat lovers. .

I Loved the hotel and I would definitely stay here again. I recommend visiting here in April or May as it’s still hot and not busy like it would be in August! Despite the fact that my Dad almost died of shock diving into the freezing cold pool, Overall great Service,fantastic facilities and epic entertainment.

Honestly we are on holiday at the moment and for the money this holiday is spot on . The staff are friendly and the food and drink are fine also rooms immaculate. Can’t fault it. All staff are welcoming and helpful. The evening entertainment is brilliant, especially the Greek night with live dancers and live music the guy playing the mandolin was amazing

It can be seen that he love June 2025 I would like to write a review for HAITHEM from customer service he was very nice with me very polite and respectful.🙏 It can be seen that he loves his work and he is dedicated. 🥰 He talks respectfully and smiles🙂 he is friendly, you cannot talk badly with him no matter how nervous you are because he knows to listen people and you could very easly calm down. He has a lot of patience and solves the problems you have he is dedicaded. Fair play to you! He works lots in my opinion and from my experience isn t easy to work with people🫣 People before you go to hotels think that these people are working hard and first of all they are humans like us not robots respect if you want to be respected . I think the boses should be proud because they hired him I would love to have someone like him to work for me!👍
