Roberto, with support from his son, made our stay special, with his delightfully engaging and enthusiastic manner and justifiable pride in the lovely and comfortable small hotel he has created in this gorgeous (very quiet) hilltop village. Bravi!

Wonderful hospitality, attentive and professional staff, beautiful hotel, gorgeously decorated room with well thought out facilities. Breakfast was delicious, with a selection of fresh foods and fantastic bread and cakes, served with freshly made coffee!

Hotel particolare curato nei minimi dettaglio con gusto ed eleganza accompagnata da cordialità e professionalità nell accoglienza ! Colazione ottima in un ambiente suggestivo con particolare attenzione all allergia al latte e derivati di mia moglie, cosa purtroppo non comune. Super consigliato!!!

Io e mia moglie siamo stati cinque giorni a Morano presso l'Albergo Meruo, ad agosto. Il paesino è splendido, ricco di luoghi interessanti dal punto di vista storico e artistico. L'ospitalità dei Moranesi è fuori da ogni standard, in pochi giorni ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie soprattutto all'ospitalità di Biaggio e suo padre Roberto. Se vi piace la natura potete chiedere consigli a Roberto, esperto espleologo e grande conoscitore della montagna, mentre Biagio potra consigliarvi ristoranti, paesini da visitare e chicche archeologiche della zona. Consigliamo l'albergo senza alcun dubbio, non vediamo l'ora di tornare anche noi!!

Eccellente! Ottima posizione in uno dei borghi più belli del Pollini, con parcheggio nelle vicinanze. L'albergo è completamente ristrutturato con grande cura nell'arredamento e nei dettagli. Camere pulitissime. Colazione ottima con torte fatte in casa. L'attenzione per l'ospite è altissima. Grazie a Roberto e Biagio, padre e figlio, persone splendide che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa.

Bellissimo borgo Morano calabro e l'albergo ai piedi del castello normanno è un vero gioiellino , nel centro storico , con una bellissima vista sul borgo stesso , molto curato , dotato di ogni confort , con un ottima e varia colazione ( il punto forte le torte fatte in casa ) . Abbiamo prenotato e pagato l'ultima stanza che aveva i letti singoli ma stranamente abbiamo riposato meglio di altri posti dove c'era il lettone con materassi singoli ( abbiamo pagato meno e riposato meglio... )

Mi sono domandata come avessero potuto attribuire una recensione cattiva o mediocre a questo posto. purtroppo non riesco a leggerla perché ne avrei voluto conoscere le ragioni... Personalmente se avessi potuto aggiungere una stella, soprattutto al servizio, lo avrei fatto. L'hotel è curatissimo in ogni dettaglio che ne fa un luogo unico ed originale. Si vede che il recupero degli spazi è stato eseguito più con amore che con fredda professionalitá. Il proprietario è tuttavia l'elemento prezioso: disponibilità, dedizione al lavoro ed umanità tutta meridionale, donano all'accoglienza un carattere di straordinarietà per cui fermarti a bere con lui, nell'unico pernottamento, un bicchiere di amaro, ti sembra la cosa più naturale del mondo. Grazie di tutto. Ritorneremo e lo segnaleremo agli amici e ci sembrerà poco

Albergo nel cuore del borgo ma facilmente raggiungibile, dire che l'albergo e' bello e' poco arredamento e stile eccezionale nulla e lasciato al caso, pulizia eccezionale,accoglienza altrettanto. Insomma un gioiello nel cuore del Pollino. P.s. Dimentico l'albergo nelle sue sale in comune ha in esposizione di opere d'arte di artisti locali.
