Hotel the Grand Vaibhav

Hotel is too good also breakfast also delicious. Only some stench in bathroom. some technical issue in swapping machine so I was pay 2 time of dinner bill. Receptionist told after received payment of credit card he will refund me.

It's very easy for me to find the hotel location and it have a nice view also There staff and customer service are also nice

Property is good with ample amenities good for a business trip food quality is not so good location is good

When we reached lift was not working, we tried stairs but the door to hotel on first floor was closed. We tried calling on the contact number but no reply. There after we called makemytrip help desk and they coordinated with the hotel staff and i check in. When i entered the room it was not used since long. The bed sheets were used one and dirty, he showed us another room that was also untidy. Finally wr. Checked out without staying.

Ther is no road to this hotel, it’s only small 5 or 6 feet walking street which ll head to this hotel, bed sheets and quilt was terrible, there was no proper door lock to the room, there is no restaurant attached to this hotel, it’s totally a rubbishy hotel and it’s highly not recommendable for family, the street and hotel atmosphere ll scare you.

Staff is copareting nice. Break fast is not good. U are charging 200 rs even u are not given sin-gal boiling egg.
