In summer, ask for remote control air conditioning with a tank. And in Autumn to Winter don't order because they freeze. Instead, ask for blankets. In front of the hotel is the Morelia Zoo, take a whole day. And 12 minutes away is Camelinas Square.

Good service from the staff, we went to a private event so the place had a small but very practical convention room where our conviction was and being inside the hotel guarantees our safety. It has access ramps but if it is difficult to access some rooms if you have a disability, request a better location at reception. The hotel has many stairs.

No tienen llaves de los cuartos, cada que llegas debes avisar a recepción para que te abran tu cuarto. Malísimo el internet y la mitad de los canales de TV no se ven. Para usar el aire acondicionado debes dejar un depósito de dinero en recepción. Muy mala experiencia, hace unos años no era así. Una cobija muy sencilla en la cama o llevas cobijas o pasarás frío.
