Hotel is almost 1.8 km away from beach but u can walk to the beach through gd streets. Hotel was awesome built with wood i stayed in first floor.neat and spacious washrooms.Food was delicious but quantity was less.overall it’s worth staying. They will arrange bike or car on rent if you request

An amazing cottage to stay with Family with a peaceful and silent environment. Rooms were clean, staff was so friendly and helpful , food was too good, everything was just worthy. It was fun and would love to visit again this beautiful cottage

Walkable distance from morjim and best stay around morjim, only swimming pool water has much chlorine which may affect your clothes

Stay we very good, the staff is extremely humble and cooperative. They will also arrange activa for you in case you need it for local exploration. The only downside is wifi. If you are someone who is coming here to work during day and enjoy the night, then do reconsider. The speed is very low. If you are here for a decent stay and only leisure, then you are at perfect place

Ac was not working properly, it was making a weird sound. Tv was not working at all, we have called the reception person to recharge the setup box, they didn't do anything about it. Except that everything else was nice and we liked our stay.

We are second time visited this hotel, it is value for money, food is also good here not very expensive, pool was clean, the manager rink u bhai is taking care of guest in very good manner, he arrange early checking, for departure he also arrange car for us. The rooms are clean.

Location not as beautiful because of crowded area but cottage are good in this price. Food is average and services are excellent
