We traveled with my husband and 16-year-old daughter. It was our first time in India and it was definitely a shock. We were warned that the hygiene there was not so good, but the hotel photos and reviews from its guests convinced us that this would definitely not concern the hotel. Just before the flight, a negative review of the hotel appeared, but I did not attach any importance to it, and in vain, it was absolutely objective. I will start with the pros: very beautiful palm trees on the hotel grounds and a clean pool. That's where the pros of the hotel end. We arrived at the hotel late, we were immediately taken to a room that shocked us: absolutely all surfaces in the room were dirty, greasy, shabby, a terrible smell that is difficult to describe, mosquitoes, only one bed, gray bedding, stained, torn in places. Extra space is provided in the form of a mattress on the floor. Walking on the floor is disgusting, let alone sleeping. I asked for another room, I was ready to pay extra, just not to have this nightmare, we went through all the available ones - the picture was the same everywhere: devastation, dirt, stench. When I booked the room, I did not think to look at its equipment: no refrigerator, no hair dryer, there is an unruly air conditioner that blows fiercely directly on the bed, a kettle that stinks of plastic, two pieces of soap, a dispenser with shower gel and a TV (we do not know if it works - we did not turn it on). Having suffered a night on the bed, the three of us decided to take a mattress. The mattress was brought, we had to go again for bedding. They brought a pillow with a pillowcase on which someone had already slept, I made a comment, 10 minutes later they fixed it. In the end, we could not sleep on the floor either, the three of us huddled together on the bed. It should be noted that the hotel has a lot of Indian guests who behave like savages: they shout, sit by the pool late at night with alcohol, swear, fight... None of the staff makes comments to them, they had to resolve conflicts themselves (if they really interfered with sleep, since the room windows looked out directly onto the pool). They cleaned the room only once, after a request, changed the bed linen and towels to even more wretched, but, supposedly, clean ones.. Breakfasts are meager, my daughter ate only watermelon, my husband - toast and a boiled egg, since a couple of local dishes that were offered for breakfast were incredibly spicy. There were no vegetables or greens even once. By the way, breakfast starts at 8:30 (everywhere we had been before, it was from 7:00), but they never served it before 8:45-09:00. It is dirty not only in the rooms, but also in the whole hotel: some rags are lying around, food that the local dog did not finish eating, garbage, etc. It is about 1 kilometer to the sea, there are no sidewalks, be careful and be prepared for piles of garbage ***** the road and reckless drivers who will honk for no reason. The sea is greenish, if you go waist-deep, you can no longer see your feet at the bottom, but the waves are pleasant. In general, the climate is very pleasant, the sun is not scorching, there is a breeze. We went to dinner at the "Bald Chinese" - if you look at the hotel from the road, this cafe is ten meters to the right: delicious, not expensive, but again devastation and dirt, like a special Goa vibe. I do not recommend the hotel, the stars are exclusively for the palm trees on the territory. Unfortunately, I could not
