I flew in from out of town and was very exhausted. Hands-down, Brayden checked me in and was one of the nicest, most helpful front desk agents I have had in a while. He was very polite and made sure all accommodations had been met before headed to room. The bed was comfy and great having a full-size refrigerator. It was nice having a great selection of channels to relax before bed and was able to set the perfect temperature for sleep. Upon checkout, there was a meeting going on yet the lady that checked me out did not hesitate to greet me for check out including a follow up on my stay.

Over all the front desk ladies are perfect! The new workers on second shift messed up my reservation and payment, so I got charged double for a room after staying there for three days. The manager needs to realize he is in the hospitality industry. Rooms are clean but overpriced, But besides the manager and new help needs to learn hospitality and not show favoring certain people.

Fantastic hotel near the airport, room was impeccably clean and comfortable bed, great modern amenities, hot complimentary breakfast, verity of breakfast items. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable stay close to the airport and other attractions.

Very clean, relatively new and nice hotel. Great breakfast and service with a smile. Had spinach cheese quiche and waffle, great tasting. They even allowed a later checkout which I didn’t end up needing. Only thing I would say to add was a pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very clean and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. The ENTIRE staff was very helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff Nasia was SUPER welcoming and caring. The breakfast lady was also very kind and supportive. We truly had a GREAT experience and will definitely stay in this property when we visit Raleigh next time!

This is why I choose Marriott… We walked into the lobby after a brutal travel day which included a broken down car and wicked rain storms We were met with a smiling friendly face ( Nasia). Completed check in within three minutes and in our room within five minutes The room is Marriott like. Clean, comfortable, well equipped Later in the evening the second shift front desk rep( meemee) Provided service above and beyond… This is a good crew working at a good hotel

Booked this hotel for me and my 3 friends and it was absolutely lovely. I was so surprised with how nice and friendly all the staff were and the room was up to our standard and even better. The staff also helped us with any enquiries we had and were very useful. Cannot fault this hotel one bit.
