We were disappointed with the level of service provided given the price we paid. We had expected to be able to communicate with the service provider in English, Spanish or Portuguese-spanish-english but there were multiple instances where communication was imposible. And we really tried jaja Additionally, the breakfast menu did not have any vegetarian options that were suitable for our preferences. While the staff was friendly, they were unable to resolve some of the issues we faced during our stay. Dirty pool. Overall, we do not believe the experience was worth the price we paid and would not choose to return.

Pontos positivos: A área externa da pousada é muito linda, o jardim é muito bem cuidado, a vista da piscina é maravilhosa e o bondinho então? Maravilhoso! Pontos negativos: Os quartos são bem simples e a acústica é muito ruim, ouvíamos tudo o que acontecia no quarto ao lado, no banheiro não tem box então toda vez que íamos tomar banho molhava onde não deveria, o café da manhã começa muito tarde, as vezes chegávamos no horário e nem estava completamente servido ainda, e tem bem pouca variedade também.

A localização da pousada é excelente, perto do centro e da primeira praia. O quarto com vista panorâmica realmente tem a vista perfeita, inclusive para ver o pôr do sol. O quarto com instalações novas, camas confortáveis. É um lugar relaxante e para curtir a natureza.

Pousada aconchegante, no centro. Quartos confortáveis, limpos e com uma linda vista para o mar. Caminhando 10 minutos chega-se a segunda praia que possui uma ótima infraestrutura. Um café da manhã imperdível. A Rafa faz coxinhas, pastéis, bolos e doces inesquecíveis! Com certeza voltarei !!!!

O Hotel é bem localizado, perto da entrada do Morro e de fácil acesso. Possui escadas e um "elevador" que leva até a piscina e aos quartos. É todo arborizado e com uma linda vista para o mar. Ficamos na suíte varanda vista mar. O quarto é excelente, espaçoso e muito confortável. Camas e traveseiros ótimos. Limpeza muito bem feita. Os funcionários são muito educados, prestativos e simpáticos. A pisicina está sempre limpa. *Ponto Negativo:* Café da Manhã. Poderia ter mais opções. Os alimentos ficam descobertos das 7h30 á 10h. Os passarinhos por várias vezes pousam nas comidas. Os frios, frutas, geléias, manteigas etc, não são devidamente refrigerados. Deveriam ficar sobre uma base refrigerada. Considero isso uma grande falha. O local é muito quente para deixar estes alimentos sem refrigeração. *Sugestões: 1. colocar mais ventiladores na area do café da manhã. 2. trocar o ferro de passar por um ferro normal. O que o hotel oferece é apenas para desamassar roupas finas. 3. O "elevador" é bem quente, poderia ter mais partes abertas.
