XQ El Palacete

This is our sixth visit to the hotel and it never disappoints. It's low key and quiet without all the organised events of a large hotel but that suits us. The bedrooms are comfortable and all sea facing onto the beautiful beach below. It is well placed for visiting the old part of town which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants, but still within easy walking distance of the more touristy shops. The staff always give us a wonderful welcome and do everything to make our stay great. Most of them have been at the hotel for many years so everything works like a well oiled machine. All of the staff from housekeeping to the waiting staff through to Reception and Guest Services are warm and friendly whilst also being efficient. Every year we say we are going to try somewhere else for our Winter Sun, but every year we find ourselves returning to El Palacete!

The location of hotel appeals to us both we both enjoy cycling, running and walking around this area. This was our second visit and we were amazed at all the staff still there and the fact they remained happy in their employment. The management are always available for contact should you have any issues and they will correct any problems you may incur. I would advise to take the premium upgrade to experience breakfast on the outside deck which on a sunny sunrise morning definitely takes some beating. The buffets served over the festive period on the special evenings were delightful and presented in such a professional manor I have a food allergy and all my no go areas were well documented and no doubts were assured for me to eat without concern. Food staff location will always be a big draw for this boutique venue to be successful staff to mention Sarah, Susan, Juan, Hassan, Andreas, Roseann,housemaids, chefs and kitchen staff. We enjoyed seeing you all again and I apologise if I’ve missed any off the list. Good luck for 2025 keep up the amazing work you all put into to daily routines. Also returning guests year on year is a very positive statement and we will definitely return again and truly appreciate your hospitality given over Christmas & New Year’s.

Absolutely fabulous. Much needed few days of peace and time to do nothing but enjoy the luxury of lovely food looked after by charming and ever helpful staff. Weather was kind to us but the view of the sea is fantastic at anytime. A gem of a hotel. Great location from where to explore the delights of Fuenteventura or just do little - but in style

Lovely hotel at the end of a long sandy beach in a slightly elevated position with balcony facing the sea. Great quality and variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. The pool was never busy and sun loungers were always available. Very large jacuzzi pool. One of the most relaxing holidays I have been on.

What a beautiful Hotel this is, we have stayed in many hotels in Jandia but this hotel is just magnificent. The staff from Ana Maria in Reception to the ladies Ester and Sara and the chefs in the dining area made our stay a wonderful experience, we had a plentiful choice of beautiful food at breakfast and in the evening. The room was spotless and spacious with a breathtaking veiw of the Morro Jable beach, we stayed around the pool and the jacuzzi the sunbeds were so comfortable. Drinks were also reasonably priced, the location of the hotel is perfect, we walked into Morro Jable in the evening. Would we return to this Hotel 100% yes.

Second visit to this lovely hotel, everything was perfect, fantastic location , great food and friendly and very helpful staff. The view from your room balcony are stunning . Every part of the hotel is clean , the only small criticism is I would love tea making facilities in my room . Will definitely return.
