This is the second time we have been here, each time for a week. Lots of activities on offer at good prices. A lovely atmosphere and a great place to really relax and unwind.

I would not recommend splurging on the VIP cottage as you may not actually get what you paid for. If I went back, I'd select the basic cottage only. We stayed in the VIP cottage 884 with sauna/hammam and fireplace. None of the amenities worked. The fireplace was out of order. The hammam had a technical problem and no engineer available. The sauna door didn't close properly so it didn't retain any heat. It made our entire experience sour as we were looking forward to use for these amenities. We noticed the broken fireplace first and got a €100 credit to use as compensation. We did not get compensation for the broken sauna or hammam. The cottage was also dirty with spiderwebs (and spiders) in corners. Not a VIP experience for €2000 for 3 days. Very disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant & totally recommend it. We saw the Deers every day. The accommodation is home from home. It's so peaceful. The facilities are amazing our kids had a brilliant time. The staff are nice & helpful. Just so many activities to choose from.

So disappointed with this place l shall never bring my family back to a centre parcs resort. The accomdation is unclean, soft furnishings dirty, outside furniture dirty unusable, floor un moped dirty, bathroom dirty. Absolutely appalling standards. So disappointed as we booked a Premier chalet and its turned out to be worst than 1 star accomdation. It's the worst I've stayed in in years. I took it for granted that holiday accomdation didn't get this bad in this day and age. Travelled all the way from UK for this? The activities available are good, but a expensive. The soft play area was dirty, pool was dirty. Restaurants were poor standard we tried them all coco was the exception but overpriced. What led me to write this review however is that it's 2am in the morning and for the 2nd night running l am up coughing and wheezing due to my asthma being triggered by the mould and damp that was evident from when we arrived. It had been worsened still with the fact there is no where over than radiators to dry wet swim wear. I have reported the damp and mould from arrival to the main desk as l could smell the damp as soon as l entred the propety and knowing the risks, I even offered to pay for an upgrade but they couldn't accomdate us. I cannot stay another night in this place it literally is a risk to my health. We will leave tomorrow hopefully we'll get some money back but l doubt it. Never ever again. My advice to anyone who likes clean comfortable accomaddation or who doesn't want to itch and chase mosquitos all night, or most importantly anyone with asthma do not waste your time, money or risk your health.

I booked my 10 year old daughter on the horse riding experience. There is no information on the website about what happens however I assumed as the age range was 8-12 there would be an arena that you could watch. When we pulled into this very quiet almost deserted “yard” my daughter immediately got really nervous and scared. I’ve never known my child to be so scared getting ready to do her favourite thing in the world. To ease her nerves I dug into what happens in this hour lesson. I stumbled across one review where a lady who had assumed the same thing turned up to be told she would have to leave her daughter with a male instructed and come back to collect her after. There was some other rather worrying things that happened but I won’t go into that because that’s not my experience. There was absolutely no way I’d leave my 10 year old daughter with a total stranger for an hour. We drove off. At that point I didn’t care about the waste of money it all felt very unsafe. When I tried to review my experience on their website they changed my 1 star rating to a 5!!!

Booked my 9 year old daughter onto the horseriding experience as we were told she was too big for the pony rides. Asked if I could accompany her when we booked, was told yes we can walk alongside her, just told to wear long trousers and trainers. When we arrived, we were told by the leader that she had to go alone and I could not walk with her. Had they said this on booking, I would have booked to do with her so she did not have to go alone. I was then told to return in an hours time to collect her. When I returned, nobody was there. I then started looking for her and found her walking around the park with strangers!! The leader had just shut the gate and left her alone. She is 9 years old!!! Fortunately, a kind family had seen her upset and had started walking her back to her lodge. But this could have been a very different story. Anyone could have picked her up and anything could have happened to her! The 'responsible adult' in charge had simply left her! I went to reception to complain and was given a simple 'sorry'. Meanwhile my daughter is still here traumatised. I am extremely disappointed and upset by this experience but mostly would like to just safeguard other children taking part in this experience. Please beware, if you send your children on this experience, know they will be alone and the leaders are very irresponsible!!!

We had a wonderful family holiday this year. The site is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature and with all the convenience of a centre parcs stay. We had 8 (4 adults and 4 children) stay in a 4 bed premium cabin and we were very comfortable. The dear were regular passing visitors and. The song of birds rang through the lodge whenever the windows and doors were open. There is a combo microwave by no traditional oven. We managed with the hob and plenty of fresh break from the onsite shop. We took scooters for the children and walked to avoid cost of bike hire. Are isn’t huge so was very manageable. Couldn’t have had a nice stay.

This was the first visit to a Center Parcs resort outside of the UK. Really pleased that we chose this destination this year not just because the weather was brilliant, it was a great park with great facilities. It's noticeably much larger than UK resorts being nicely spread out. My GCSE French ws needed and it came back to me better than I had hoped. Speaking French to the staff did help as some didn't (or claimed not to) speak English. I suppose it's about right that we try instead of osur usual lazy selves expecting everything in English. restaurants can be booked by phoning beforehand as yes, the app isn't available for those in the UK. Fair or not, there is a workaround. We had a Premium cottage wich was fine, maybe the rooms don't have much more room than for a bed and the pillows were as plump as tea bags but that's a small moan. The tree top parcours courses were all excellent with some brilliant zip-lines. The kids were very happy with the pools, savage river, slides etc. Food in the Cocoon and Giardino restaurants were absolutely fine, the burger joint does good burgers, the shop is good and not as expensive as I was imagining. The only disappointment for me was the buffet which was used once. not a great hot food selection and even then it was only luke warm. We'll return though, a brilliant place.
