Stayed on a powered site in our van. Nice, peaceful park, well managed by helpful staff. Pool, although not heated, is kept clean and very welcome on a hot day. Amenities older style, but very clean. Great park for a relaxing break. Would recommend.

Very helpful staff. The office and ground staff are great. The ground staff actually met us at our van site and assisted with getting the van in the best position. The areas are well maintained and clean. This park is the best we stayed at during our south coast trip. Well done to the staff.

The sites were large, and the amenities clean. There are two separate areas in the park - with dogs and without dogs. If you fall into the latter category, there is a long walk to get to all the activities and amenities. There were plenty of trees in the park, so shade was not a problem.

This is the Best Caravan Park we have been to in ages. Staff are all great and very helpful. We had the best powered site in the park. Originally stayed for 4 nights and extended to 12. A truly relaxing stay. We will be back. Love the Spa ! Pete & Sue

Wonderfully helpful staff. Very comfortable cabins. Parking very convenient. Everything A1. Our party was around 30 aged from 3 to 93 and all had a great time. Would love to go again and certainly worth the long trip to get there.

Came back to the park after 3 years of not staying there. It appears that nothing has been done and no money has been spent on the place since the last time i was there. What can i say... old.. decrepit... needs some funds put into it very badly. Not sure how they can charge what they do when the one on the north side of the river is less run down and is basically free. I almost cut my leg on the various screws hanging out of the table and chairs in the kids play area. Seriously guys... if its old and broken (like the chess on the chess board) then just throw it out! Your dodgy fixes are just that!! Time Mr East put some funds into the place!!

We stayed for one night. We arrived after office hours, but it wasn’t a problem. Our key etc. was right by the office door. We stayed in an ensuite cabin and were pleasantly surprised. It was really clean. Everyone slept well - listening to the ocean. Only bad thing was that the bathroom ventilator was really noisy and right next to the bunkbed. We didn’t use the facilities at the park as we left early next day, but it looked nice. We would stay again. If staying for more than one night we would book a bigger cabin.

Great customer service and a very friendly administration team. Definitely will visit again soon and will be highly recommended. It was our first time at BIG4 park and we are delighted to say that we are extremely satisfied.
