This is a really great friendly hotel to stay in. There was an excellent choice of food options and the quality was impressive. I found the staff to be very helpful, the rooms were warm and clean and the shuttle bus to the ski lift was efficient. I'd definitely stay again!

We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed half board, the breakfast and evening meal were great every day. The restaurant was very spacious. The restaurant staff were fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

This hotel is Large so in the beginning you feel a little bit lost in the hotel but we you get used to it , then you feel at home. Specially diner buffet is perfect , every day another theme , main courses and the desserts are amazing ! The location is too far too walk to the ski lifts but you can take the hotel shuttle and the ski bus as well. The swimming pool and wellness are dated. Rooms in renovated area are better but shower in bathtub is not convenient. The lounge area is nice and for children Lots of entertainment . Overall the price Quality is good here . And the service is good but communication about transport can be better.

Great choice of hotel! It really did cater for everyone in our group (4 adults and 2 kids) The kids were catered for and had entertainment plus access to the pool. The adults were also very pleased with the variety of food and rotation of the menu through the week. The hotel ski bus was frequent, efficient and helpful. The hotel is close to town, less than 5 min walk, with great selection of shops bars and restaurants close by. We have already booked again for Feb 2025. The rooms were excellent for us. 2 friends staying in one room which was partitioned off each with a double bed and 2 separate balconies. The hotel was excellent ensuing that our group had rooms next door to each other!

Great ski hotel The rooms was spacious and had balcony The facilities are good, ski bus, locker room pool etc. Food was great standard with wine in the evening. Location for ski bus and walking to town was ideal I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for a family ski holiday.

Stayed here as two families with mixed ages of children. 10 min walk to centre with a bus stop right outside if you don’t fancy the nice walk. In the morning and afternoon the hotel runs a frequent complementary shuttle service that runs every 10 min. Clean hotel, nice bar area and super friendly staff. Good breakfast also. Overall good value for money and would recommend.

A truly disappointing experience. The food was fairly good except no coffee offered with dinner. Very poor room. Tiny with uncomfortable beds and little storage space. Locks on bathroom and toilet doors broken. Not enough electrical sockets. No boot room.

This hotel was more of a 4 star than a 3 star. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, especially the waiters that couldn’t do enough for you. There was one waiter , who I think was called Djo? That was really helpful and kind .The entertainment staff were full of smiley faces and positivity also! We booked a room for two adults and a child and was expecting a pull down bed for our 7 year old and a double bed for us, however we were thrilled to find our son had his own seperate bedroom with another two single beds in. The room was clean and modern and cleaned regularly. The food was fantastic with Plenty of choice with themed nights such as Italian and American and was delicious. The complimentary wine was an extra bonus and very tasty. The short walk to the center was no bother at all and was flat and only took 10 mins tops. I don’t know why people have been complaining about the distance. The buses ran regular also so again this was no issue at all. Thankyou so much to all the wonderful staff here for making our holiday one to remember. I highly recommend this hotel and would take the negative comments from people with a pinch of salt. We shall return, Jasmine, Daniel and Jasper :)
