A real palace, very close to the subway station, and there is also a large supermarket nearby. The room is spacious, the breakfast is not rich but has everything you need. There is also a small museum in the main building, which is gorgeous. There is also an indoor swimming pool on the basement floor, the biggest surprise in Moscow

一般默認好評的，這家值得宣傳一下。管理不太行。硬件是一流的，外觀很漂亮。餐廳服務也很好。在俄羅斯住了6家酒店，房價基本都是這水平，任何酒店都是不夠水可以補充的。這個是第一家跟酒店要收瓶裝水需要收200元的酒店。即使房間服務沒有補充足夠瓶裝水接待員還是覺得客户惡意敲詐瓶裝水。跟他們解釋補充的瓶裝水不足，還是覺得我們在欺騙。我很難想象酒店接待員一直服務以欺詐瓶裝水未榮的客户。另外，入住的時候，接待員跟我們少要了上一家酒店的入住證明，結果第二天為了跟我們要，把我們的房卡由有效3天改成1天，導致我們在酒店大門在一直刷不了門卡，不能進入。後來保安開門放我們進入，瞭解到情況後，我讓他們跟我到房間門口拿，證件在房間行李裏。他們不同意，態度堅決，不是酒店責任，所以訪客必須自己過來補交材料。我通過朋友瞭解到俄羅斯的政府都不是這個服務態度，而這個酒店是。在此，希望酒店瓶裝水大賣，生意興隆。

坐落在一個城堡裏，離地鐵站不遠，坐地鐵到紅場幾站地。我定的套房，感覺設施有點陳舊，房間陰暗。晚上睡覺不知道哪裡的管道總是響，有點嚇人，前半夜都沒睡着，自己來的還是不要住了感覺可能真的有**。
