Reception girl does not speak English. Room is too small. Shower is not that comfortable as it's too small for man to stand in and move a little bit.

I booked this hotel for one night from September 10.
In the evening, upon check-in, bed bugs were found crawling in abundance on the mattress and pillow.
The hotel was unable to provide me with another room and I did not stay there for the night, and late in the evening I was forced to look for a new place to stay and pay for another hotel again.
After lengthy negotiations and bargaining, the hotel agreed to compensate me for part of the money, but Trip.com did not make a refund, although the hotel confirmed its readiness to return 6,600 rubles instead of 10,000.
The accommodation service was not provided.
But I did not see my money.
I am attaching a photo of one "guest", but I can also provide a video of the crawling residents.

It was still ok, I stayed for two more days. I'm not completely familiar with the surroundings yet. There's a supermarket opposite, Burger King, McDonald's, the European Medical Center, and the Olympic Plaza.

I came to Moscow in early February and stayed for seven nights. The hotel is close to Heping Avenue subway station on Line 5 and Line 6, and Baidu map is available. Convenient to travel and close to the Red Square attractions. The room is cleaned every day and is relatively clean. The front desk speaks English. There is hot rose tea before going out every day. It is very warm to have a cup in the winter. I checked the price before and found that Ctrip is cheaper than other platforms. There was no deposit, so we checked out a few hours late and told the front desk, who readily agreed. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, and chocolates and hand cream are very cheap. There are many places to eat near the subway.
