Back in December 2017 , we spent our New Year Count Down in Moscow and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. (During that time the hotel was under major renovation) Our first impression: we booked for a regular room for 3 of us but at our arrival, the lady (seem to be the Front Manager) at the counter offered us the free upgrade to the renovated wing.....thank you so much. That was quite surprise us but when we accessed into the room it’s even more surprised me for its cosy luxury interior. This hotel is one of the best hotel I ever stayed - all the details in the room is as exquisite as the other ultra luxury hotels I experienced. It’s even 4 years back but I still remember well for the LOMONOSOV coffee/tea set that they use (one of the high-end porcelain brand I love and be using at home too). + Crystal wine glass + Nespresso Machine + KitchenAid Kettle + plentiful mineral drinking water. Wi-Fi is super fast (as recalled). Back then there was some situations in Europe and Moscow during that time is full with soldiers. However the hotel’s securities guard remember us well and helped telling the soldier that we are the hotel’s guests when we tried to access the perimeter to the hotel. Not to mention the location itself is great ,right next to Bolshoi , TSUM shopping mall and subway. On the departure day, due to the securities perimeter that blocked all the car to access to the hotel - the hotel staff managed to help us find the nearest spot where our limo can pick us to the airport. The most regretful thing that keep bothering my mind is I cannot remember the name of the lady at the counter who granted us the upgrade that made our stayed in Moscow is another remarkable memory......Thank you once again here. And would there be any chances that I could visit Moscow again - I would definitely stay at this Metropol again.

Minibar was empty, thank God, because we took some food and drinks for the festive dinner. The windows overlooked the courtyard. We visited the spa and pool and really enjoyed it. The prices are average, there is a sauna, gym, hammam, pool. The hotel lobby is pretty nice and was decorated for the new year. What is interesting, without going outside the hotel residents can buy food and drinks in the supermarket located in the same building. For New Year's Eve, I called the reception and asked them to bring us dishes and a bucket of champagne and ice. The staff member brought everything to the room very quickly. I counted 5 types of bread-bread products, there are also raw dry and cereal bread. I originally saw in the range of breakfast sandwiches with a pot and a salt cucumber. So for breakfast I add 1 star. But there is no wish to return to the hotel ...

Не в первый раз останавливаюсь в апарт-отелях сети Yes, и сегодня расскажу плюсы и минусы отеля в Митино, в котором я прожила почти две недели. Плюсы: В 10 минутах ходьбы две станции метро, есть доставка у всех самых популярных служб доставки. Большая удобная двуспальная кровать, хорошие одеяла и подушки, огромные шкафы, зеркало во весь рост. Есть отдельное рабочее место. Большое количество розеток в нужных местах. Красивый вид из окна. К курьерам нужно спускаться вниз, но не могу назвать это минусом, да, это не очень удобно, зато есть полная уверенность, что на этажах не будет случайных людей. Минусы: 1. Нет сеток на окнах. В теплое время года приходится по ночам как лягушке скакать по всему номеру и ловить комаров и мух. 2. Нет ни одной крышки для ковшей и сковородки. Если планируете что-то варить, а тем более жарить, берите свои. Я взяла универсальную, но это не помогло, так как для маленького ковша она оказалась большая, а для сковородки слишком маленькая. 3. Игрушечная посуда. Это значит, что все супер маленькое. Ковша хватит для того, чтобы сварить макароны или пельмени на двоих, но суп придётся заказывать в доставке. Поварешки нет, только пластмассовая ложка, чуть больше столовой. 4. Супер разбавленное средство для мытья посуды. Отмыть ковш от масла или сковородку от жира им не получится. 5. Невозможно дозвониться до ресепшена ни по двум внутренними номерам (получилось 1 раз из 10), ни по обычному городскому иногда. Под конец пребывания действительно было быстрее спуститься вниз. 6. Бойлер для горячей воды есть не во всех номерах (это прямо мега странно, люди платят в некоторые дни по 7000 рублей за ночь, и остаются с ледяной водой), а в тех, в которых есть, он очень маленький, тёплой воды хватает на 5 минут. 7. Не предупреждают заранее об отключении горячей воды. Я узнала об этом при заселении, стоя на рецепшене. 8. Грязные окна:( 9. Уставший ремонт. Над кроватью была ободранная ткань на стене, в раковине был след от затушенной сигареты, прожженная занавеска. 10. Актуально на текущий момент: стройка под окнами, шум с 9 утра до 7 вечера. С закрытым окном жить можно, с открытым тяжко очень. 11. Вытяжка не работает. Если будете что-то жарить, запах останется в номере ещё на пол дня. 12. За три дня до приезда позвонила по основному номеру отеля, спросила можно ли заселиться в 12 дня, молодой человек ответил: «номеров такого типа всегда много, поэтому, конечно можно». В итоге в день заселения в 12 дня девушки на рецепшене сказали, что заселение в 14:00, что номер ещё не готов, и что молодые люди у них не работают. Думаю, стоит лучше следить за тем, чтобы непонятные молодые люди не дезинформировали постояльцев. Несмотря на все минусы, общее впечатление хорошее. Как номер в отеле - четвёрка. Как апартаменты - тройка. Среднее 3.5, но с надеждой на будущее 4) Если исправите минусы, будет просто идеально☺️ Вернемся проверим!)
