Забронировала этот отель с 25.09.25. Но уже сейчас могу точно сказать: буду и в будущем останавливаться только здесь. В этом отеле работают профессионалы своего дела. Особенно хочу поблагодарить менеджера Юлию. Она организовала трансфер из аэропорта и экскурсию на английском для всей семьи. И это все очень быстро и профессионально. Так держать!!!

Были на новый 2022 год. Прекрасное место для встречи нового года. Красиво и в самом центре Москвы. Нас прекрасно встретили, ребенку подарили подарок, машину можно поставить во дворе. У нас был большой тихий и очень красивый номер. Спасибо отелю Руссо балт за новогоднюю атмосферу. Мы вернёмся.

Продуманный интерьер и очень вкусная еда в ресторане, особенно рекомендую гастрономический ужин. В номерах даже меню подушек есть, от самых мягких до совсем жестких👍 Приятный персонал, тихий и чистый отель) В моем номере был французский балкон с видом во внутренний двор.
