I negotiated with him and said that many hotels can apply for late check-out. Really nice warm & facilities, friendly host and easy self checkin. However I especially booked out of town, farmstay, for a nice dark night, away from streetlights etc & was terribly disappointed that VERY bright spotlights were on ALL night. Had to have curtains drawn to sleep and unable to enjoy sitting out in the lovely little patio area to enjoy the beautiful clear star filled sky.

Overall, it was very good. I stayed for one night. It was comfortable and warm. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. It is located in the suburbs. It doesn't matter if you have a car. Overall, it was very good. There are cats. There is also a small bottle of milk when you check in🥛
