We have spent 3 days here and we have loved it! First of all we wanna thank Nadine for her warm welcome and her kindness. The hotel has a stunning view over the Dolomites, you will love it. We had a nice and comfy apartment and it's amazing to spend some time on the baclony staring this stunning show of Mother Nature! Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with a great bathtube and shower. You can relax in the huge swimming pool at the ground fllor or in the SPA area and this hotel offers also the chance to spend some time in complete relax with your partner or your family thanks to a nice tiny private SPA apart! Free private parking for your car. Free Wifi. Wonderful restaurant for your dinners and breakfast with an excellent and very kind staff! Very recommended. We can't wait to visit you again!

The reception staff is rude and absolutely incapable of giving logical and clear explanations. Small and welcoming room, shame about the view passed off as a room with a view of Mount Elmo, but in reality it has a view of a football/tennis/basketball field used without a time limit, so goodbye rest. After 5pm the hydromassage jets in the pool are turned off without explanation and the pool is cold. Indoor parking, but narrow and unfindable in the late afternoon. The idea of the children's area is nice, shame that at the reception they couldn't find the darts for target shooting and the ping pong rackets are broken. They charge 1 euro per jug for tap water. They don't accept bank transfer as a payment method and don't provide valid reasons.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo l'ultima settimana di agosto insieme alla mia famiglia: mio marito e i nostri 3 figli. Gli aspetti per me fondamentali (pulizia, qualità del cibo e cordialità del personale) sono stati tutti valutati "Eccellenti". Ho apprezzato molto la varietà dei piatti offerti per la cena (super la serata tirolese con diverse varietà di canederli e buffet di dolci), i suggerimenti giornalieri su passeggiate e attività da svolgere in zona e la possibilità di effettuare gratuitamente escursioni insieme a personale dell'albergo. Bella l'idea di una sala giochi per i bambini più piccoli posizionata nella sala da pranzo, con una grande finestra direttamente sui tavoli in modo che i genitori possano tenere sott'occhio i bimbi. Per i più grandi, invece, calcio balilla e tavolo da ping pong all'interno e campo da basket all'esterno. Alcune parti sono state recentemente ristrutturate, come la sala da pranzo,

Un hotel da consigliare a Moso. Pur essendo solo un tre stelle offre 3 saune, piscina con parte esterna, idro massaggio e diversi ambienti per relax. Molto buone le stanze con balconi panoramici. Ampi i bagni quasi in tutte le stanze con finestra. Personale gentilissimo. Ampio garage molto comodo. Colazione eccellente con tantissimi prodotti locali. La mezza pensione offre una cena ottima, prodotti di qualità cucinati in modo leggero e gustoso. Luminosa la sala pranzo e l’ambiente bar. Bello spazio panoramico esterno per gustare le ottime grappe consigliate. Dei percorsi di trekking partono proprio dall’hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo splendido hotel. La nostra camera affacciava sulle Dolomiti. Paesaggio mozzafiato, camera perfetta, pulizia ottima, ristorante top. Noi abbiamo fatto mezza pensione. Posizione tattica, a 7km da San candido. Tutto il personale gentilissimo è sempre disponibile. Un grazie particolare ad Alessia, che ci ha serviti in maniera impeccabile per tutte le nostre cene. Attualmente la miglior cameriera mai trovata. Grazie mille a tutti per le bellissime giornate. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Consiglio vivamente questo bel Hotel nel assoluta Tranquillità. Spa e piscina pulita. Personale gentilissimo, soprattutto la Cameriera con l'Anellino al Naso che non ricordo il Nome🙄 ....molto gentile, disponibile e simpatica. Poi cosa dire ancora? Ah si.... la Cucina! Super Super.... Complimenti allo Chef. Veramente Spaziale e tutto buonissimo. Colazione abbontantissima dal Salato al Dolce. Camere pulitissime... Non mi allungo troppo insomma.... Complimenti a tutto lo Staff.
