The location of the hotel was superb right at the old town of Mostar its a superb location, the staff were courteous and tried their best to accomodate everything
The hotel is small and cramped, the toilet is so small they dont even have shower curtain. If you shower you ll wet the whole floor.
The 1st night we couldnt sleep at all the bed was hard and the pillow was low grade pillows. Worse case our room was located at the back near the back alley or airwell. At 2 am somebody came back to their room and talking so loudly till we were awaken
We asked the hotel to change the pillow unfortunately they said thats the only pillow they had. 2 sleepless nites in Mostar. The housekeeping were very slow. We drove off in the morning to Blagaj when we reached back the hotel at 2pm our room was not done i was really not happy
Whatever you do pls dont go for the bfast upon check in the guy Anel said its 12euro person but the lady at the reception charged us 24 euro each 😢
I was a bit in a rush. To argue. So i left
I will not return to this hotel as i think they ripped u off.

What a wonderful accommodation in Mostar. Staff really went above and beyond to assist us. The room was large, with a huge TV that I felt bad for not making use of. Good locatiion next to the crooked bridge in Mostar with a nice view from the restaurant at night. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the high reccommendation of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and one of the best meals on our trip. The lamb was especially delicious. Best restaurant and best hotel in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer here.

Great hotel in the center of old town Mostar. Not much in terms of amenities but the restaurant has great food and the service is second to none. Great place to stop for a night or two to experience the old town and enjoy some traditional food. The staff and the scenic location are what makes this hotel stand out. Lejla and her sister were the stars of the staff. I may come back just because of Lejla

The service attitude is super good👍, the hotel is in a great location, the old city is just outside, and it's very close to the Mostar Bridge. The hotel's food is good, the lamb is delicious, and the desserts are even better😋

There are two ways to go down to the hotel. They are gravel roads. It is a bit difficult to pull the big suitcase. There is a handsome guy in the hotel who can help carry it. The food at this B&B is super delicious, especially the beef dish. There is a handsome guy and beautiful girl Nena in the store. They are a couple and they are so enthusiastic. It's so convenient to live here. It's only a few minutes walk to the ancient bridge.

I don’t even want to give it 1 star. The experience is terrible. I canceled the subscription more than a month in advance and refused to give it back. I put the responsibility on the software. I called multiple times and no one answered. I got through. The call was disconnected and no one called me back. I won’t order again. .
