"Hotel Bristol in Mostar is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with air conditioning available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of options to suit various tastes. The location is ideal, situated not far from the historic Old Mostar Bridge and within easy reach of the bus and train stations. The staff are notably friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!"
"The location is good, the room is big, the 1st to 5th floors are the shopping mall, and the guest rooms are above. The breakfast is very rich. I like Mipas Hotel very much. Thank you to the front desk for printing my boarding pass for free.
An episode when I checked out was that the front desk asked me to collect tax, but the Ctrip price when booking included tax. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service did not speak English and could not communicate directly with the hotel front desk. I did not want to waste time waiting there, so I just Fortunately, I paid 3 euros first, and then Ctrip reimbursed me.
Here are some suggestions: 1. The customer service staff of overseas projects need to master oral English communication skills; 2. Product quotations must be written clearly, and tax cannot be clearly included, as the actual stay will incur new costs!"

"There is a bakery and cafe downstairs, a 2-minute walk to the supermarket, and a 5-minute walk to the Old Bridge. What else can you ask for? The owner is very friendly and generous, and there is free parking nearby."
"The residence apartment is fantastic. Spacious, clean, with elevator. It is in a brand new building. Just 10 minutes easy walk to the old town with sightseeing, shopping and eating.
My only suggestion to the owner is to write down the driving directions turn by turn from the main street to the parking garage which is actually very nice and safe. But the maps navigation gave me a hard time going through some narrow and chaotic streets and a residential apartments complex. In reality, the parking garage entrance is only few feet from a major artery with an easy access."
"A short stay for a day, the hotel is quite close to Old Bridge , there are shortcuts to go directly from the hotel to the old street. The room was large and clean and tidy, and it was quite quiet at night.
The hotel supervisor is very enthusiastic and has been chatting with you. The waiter will also help you carry your luggage to the room and help you carry your luggage from the room to the car when you check out. (Remember to tip)
The nearest parking lot to the hotel is called: Parking 5 star. 12 euros a day, but the parking payment machine can use Bosnian coins. The front desk of the hotel will remind you very intimately and help you change the euro to Bosnian coins. The service is full!
The hotel also offers dinner, very authentic Bosnian cuisine, fish and lamb recommended!"
"Good location in the busy Old Town of Mostar but close to the entrance so that you don't have to lug you bags through the crowds. Staff were very accommodating, especially when we had to depart early in the morning. Breakfast was a large spread of different foods and like a personal buffet. Very delicious. Only small complaint we had was that the room had a slanted ceiling that was very low on one side of the room and limited the actual space in the room."
"This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here.
PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned."
"It’s not easy get a parking space in Mostar but we reserved one in Villa. It’s walking distance to get into the centre. We received warm welcome by the staffs. The room is cozy and tidy."
"We booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation.
Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop."

Excellent
GGuest UserThe room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. Also, don’t believe the picture, the actual location and the picture are not the same place at all.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, within 10 minutes' walk from the Old Bridge, and the parent-child river view room is very good. The host was very welcoming and even helped us drop off at the airport. Buses are closed on weekends and the airport is not very far, only about 15 minutes by car.
RrafatomilleroGreat stay! The place was clean, modern, and in a perfect location. The host was very attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!
GGuest UserThe room is small, but the front desk is friendly! He patiently explained the local culture to us and gave us children for free. The reason: Chinese are nice! I really like this guy. Parking is convenient!
KKan TravelsVery nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park.
Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist.
The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly.
Overall very happy here.

王王Very nice, very enthusiastic host, perfect except that the double bed room is made up of two single beds! Very clean and hygienic, I asked a lot of questions and answered them one by one, very nice host!
GGuest UserThe room is large and clean, the breakfast is rich, the price/performance ratio is very high, the front desk service is also quite thoughtful, and it is a hotel worth staying in, but the hotel's geographical location is a certain distance from the scenic spot.
GGuest UserWe were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.
