服務：服務還是不錯的，入住送了伴手禮，套餐寫的送兩份早餐，我們入住了3人也多送了一份。前台的服務員很禮貌。早餐肯定不如外面豐盛，但是也還可以。
環境：墨脱地區物資限制，肯定沒有其他的維也納和同類型酒店好。3人間還是不大。不過枕頭蠻舒服的，本來還想問是什麼產品，忘記問了。不過隔音不是特別好，晚上能聽到走廊的説話聲。電梯有點慢。
衞生：衞生確實有點一言難盡…剛進待了一會…發現椅子下面壓死了一衹蟑螂…服務員來送伴手禮的時候反饋這個問題，竟然説之前有顧客説過了他們也處理過（完全沒有迴應我提出的這次的問題，主要是死的蟑螂，不是活的也湊合了）
設施：有洗衣機和烘乾機，洗衣機有熱水，但是容量比較小，不能洗太多。烘乾機也不是很大，不過烘久一點也沒問題。
本來因為蟑螂想給差評的，想想墨脱這地方，也就算了…但是還是要加強衞生和人員培訓啊🥲

停車放邊，位置好找，在墨脱縣城核心區域。早餐還算豐富，值得推薦

人這一輩子總要來一次墨脱，雖然這裏和廣州的氣温差不多，植物也差不多，但這裏可是西藏呀！感受墨脱的一山四季。酒店設施好，服務特別贊，前台的小夥子很熱情，房間乾淨衞生，除夕夜也沒漲價，訂了兩間房，這是冬遊西藏住的最舒服的一晚，畢竟海拔低，睡得香。推薦入住！

整體感受一般。覺得有點對不起這個名字。首先，説點好的，整體環境還可以，早餐非常好。房間內也乾淨明亮。但是，隔音效果非常差。無論是窗外還是屋外都很吵。第二，我就搞不懂當時房間內佈局怎麼做的。衞生間正對着床，浴室與馬桶的門還是一個。一會兒看圖片。頭一回吐槽這麼多。如果有來墨脱的我建議換一家。因為我來的時候沒有大床房，我這個僅對雙床房做評價。
