The property is very old and needs redevelopment.There is very limited items in breakfast and that too oily.The behaviour of the staff is also on the rude side.The amount charged by the hotel doesn't match with the quality of service.

BED SMELL IN ROOM. NO HAND TOWEL PROVIDED. BATH TOWEL QUALITY IS NOT GOOD. ROOM SERVICE IS WEEK. NO TEA MAKING MATERIAL IN ROOM. EVERY THING WE HAVE TO ASK THEM, THEN THEY PROVIDED. ROOM RENT IS SO HIGH IN COMNPARISION OF ALL SERVICE AND ROOM QUALITY

We stayed here in the Month of Feb ***** with Family during Weekend. There are 2 major concerns with this Property. 1. Availability of HOT water in Bathroom - They are able to provide warm water for Bath and Not HOT Water. This is how they have made the provisioning. Their current Infrastructure is not capable to provide HOT water for Bath. 2. Hygiene Value : Rooms are big & Spacious though there is a big question on the Hygene value for the Bed-Pilow covers-Badsheets & Towels. Even toilets flush not working properly. Bathrooms always remain wet.

Hotel room was good but wifi not worked, TV quality was poor, not even able to listen songs, apart from room food menu was old school found only fewer items to have, not sure about quality too. Service was good and people were polite and helpful

Third class property no primary things like towel, tea bags, washroom accessories were given for everything need to call again and again, no water in bathrooms in morning even firstly they denied complementary breakfast too, food was pathetic big zero overall
