Beware if you are offered Room 5 family room!! There was a constant droning sound from the sealing 24hrs a day. It gets very loud at night from about 8pm and well onto the night. We were told it was from the ducts and related to the kitchens above the room. It was difficult to sleep with the noise and affected our days on the slopes. It was like a form of torture. We also arrived to find toothpaste in the sink from the previous guest which raised concerns around cleanliness. The beds were very hard and both my husband and U struggled with backache. We were both glad to be leaving after 3 nights. I reported the issue on day 1 and this was not followed up. I must note on our last day the young lady in reception came and listened to the noise and raised our concerns. On day 2 I raised it again and they advised there was nothing that could be done. I emailed the management requesting a partial refund and this was denied. The response is disappointing, but not surprising, given the importance of making money and no care about the issues I and others have raised.
