Olde Square Inn B&B

We were attending an event in the area and wanted a place to spend the weekend. I found this bed and breakfast on the map and checked out the photos and reviews. Sounded like a win so I called and booked it. When we arrived for check in, everything was perfect and it was that way for our whole visit. Very relaxing, air conditioned kept the room cool, free WiFi and an excellent breakfast. We booked again in a month so we can have more time there and take in the town of Mt. Joy more.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming bed and breakfast, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Nancy made us feel like family. She greeted us with such warmth and kindness, setting the tone for our entire stay. Her hospitality was unparalleled — every detail was attended to with care, making us feel right at home. The B&B itself was an absolute gem. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax, with the cozy ambiance making it feel like a true retreat. And then, there’s Nancy’s cooking. What a treat! Each morning, we were greeted with a delicious homemade breakfast that far exceeded our expectations. From fresh pastries to perfectly cooked eggs, each meal was a masterpiece of flavor. It was clear that Nancy pours her heart into everything she makes, and it made each morning a special experience. My husband and I visited the Old Square Inn for the second time to celebrate our anniversary. We loved it so much the first time, 4 years ago, why would we look anywhere else? Nancy is a wonderful host! The Inn is immaculately clean, the most comfortable bed and the softest sheets ever! Nancy’s breakfast is fabulous. She is a talented cook! We biked on the northern Lancaster Co trail along the Susquehanna River . A 20 minute drive from Mt Joy. Just beautiful ! We took a relaxing swim in the pool at olde Square after dinner. 5+ stars!!

This was the perfect place for our 20th anniversary! The beds were the most comfortable, the breakfasts were always scrumptious, and the hospitality shown to us by Nancy was more than I could have hoped for! I didn’t want to leave, and I can’t wait to come back!

The "Old Square Inn" is our "Go To" spot when in the Lancaster area. The Old Square Inn is quaint, clean, welcoming and charming. I can't say enough about Nancy. We always feel like family from the time we arrive until we leave. The Old Square Inn is truly our home away from home.

We were honored to help Nancy celebrate her 10th anniversary as the innkeeper. What a special woman! She made us feel right at home from the time we checked in until our stay was over. We spent 2 nights in the Antebellum Room and enjoyed the fabulous breakfasts that Nancy cooked and served. The room was airy and bright with lovely furniture and accessories and the inn was easy to find on the main street of Mt. Joy. We spent time visiting Lancaster and Lititz which are both nearby. Highly recommend this B&B if you are in the central PA area. Thanks again Nancy!
