Good service! Owner was very polite! But location !!

The place is good for the price. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants, has a nice garden and pool, with lots of common areas to hang out in. The bed was comfortable and room decent with a nice balcony. They seem to only focus on cleaning the basics. I wish they’d clean a little bit deeper, and fix a couple of things because the place could be quite nice. There are some bugs - to be expected in a tropical, budget place but not too bad. Mainly there was lots of ants in the bathroom, and the walls aren’t properly sealed so it’s easy for the ants to get in. If they just did some very basic repairs, renovation and deep cleaning the place would be great. I’d still say it was good value for the location and I would stay there again if passing through Colombo.

The hotel is near and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful If I ever return to Colombo again, I will stay there again..

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE RATINGS OF THIS VILLA ANYWHERE! DO NOT CHOOSE TO STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK! THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER STAYED DURING A VACATION! 1) The location is completely isolated with nothing nearby—very deserted. 2) The Wi-Fi DOESN’T WORK at all, especially on the ground floor. 3) There's NO mobile signal—ZERO LTE/4G/5G. 4) The staff constantly ask what time you'll return if you go out late, seemingly because they want to sleep. 5) The toilet in the ground floor room (Room 3) is VERY smelly. 6) Most of the wall sockets in Room 3 on the ground floor don't work. 7) There's no elevator, so if you're staying on a higher floor, good luck carrying heavy luggage. 8) The supervisor/manager knocked on my door at 10 AM asking when I was checking out, despite our agreement the night before to check out at 11 AM. 9) The room is not soundproof. You can hear doors slamming or people chatting outside, even with your door closed, waking you up early.

Nice quiet location with good access to a nice beach, which is a two minute walk away.
