Awful hotel. They had a screw up with the rate, because of how I had to book it through an agency and the management felt the need to lecture me and not listen to me or work with me. Just awful customer service who wouldn’t even listen to me and talked over me. In addition, the room I had was basically windowless looking out on a wall that was so close it let in absolutely no natural light. This was due to the hotel design to get in more rooms, not other buildings. I arrived later at night due to my flight being delayed and it took over 30 minutes to check in because their card reader wouldn’t work. Their breakfast wasn’t even as good as all other Hampton Inns I have stayed at since it only had Apples for fruit and some people can’t have them due to not being able to bite into a full apple without cutting it up or fructose allergies - absolutely no other options, unlike every other Hampton I’ve stayed in. Their “spa” was even closed because of issues. They seriously need new management at this hotel, since they clearly aren’t running a smooth organization with so many problems. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

My Room in this hotel was exceptional. Everything was Great, It was clean, roomy my bed was comfortable, I love the shower so refreshing. The staff was very friendly and excellent customer service. great value for my money I would definitely stay again!

The front desk was very responsible, the accommodation fee was deducted, and the front desk actively communicated with Ctrip to explain the possible reasons. The best thing is breakfast. The parking lot is very convenient, just on the ground floor.

after they had totally screwed up our room reservation at another Hotel facility in Atherton we were able to find this Hotel on our online search of the local area and do a last minute booking. upon arrival we were greeted by front desk staff and quickly w an easy process checked in. very nice clean quiet room, perfect for our 1 night stay. will definitely come back passing through this area

Absolutely no complaints. The location and architecture was pretty. Unfortunately that we came during Covid but they handled everything very nicely. Wouldn’t say the style was the latest and most flashy but that did not compromise on our experience.

Rooms and outdoor areas were well kept and clean. Breakfast bar was always stocked and coffee available and hot. The Mountain View location is head and shoulders above the one I stayed with in Fremont and well worth the slightly higher rate. A special shout out to Gaurab. He was extremely enthusiastic and helpful for whatever need I had, always with a smile on multiple stays.

Typical motel, parking is free, breakfast is free, and it is perfect for American self-driving in terms of parking fees and expensive meals. The hotel is old, with only two floors and a slightly older interior, yet very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, hair dryer are available. Like most American hotels, there are no slippers, toothbrushes and electric kettles, but there are drip coffee machines in the room, which can also be used to boil water. It makes sense for Chinese people who drink hot water, and there are free ice cube machines in the corridor. Breakfast typical American style, a variety of juices, coffee, milk, yogurt drinks, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, bread, buffet waffles, etc. Overall, it feels good.

The second time I stayed at the hotel, but this time I stayed at the hotel. The experience of staying at the hotel was not very good. The wifi was very slow. It was always disconnected, which greatly affected the accommodation experience. Other places were good.
