It left me with a very pleasant impression. As I depart, I am about to book Hampton by Hilton hotels in Washington D.C. and New York, hoping they will be just as wonderful as the one in Barcelona. I have tidied up the room thoroughly, leaving it as clean as when I arrived. Hilton has given me great memories, and I hope I have also left a good impression on the hotel. "The room was spotless, and the location is fantastic! Just around the corner from Passeig de Gràcia, and Casa Batlló is less than a 2-minute walk away. You can easily walk to all three Gaudí masterpieces. Shopping and dining options are super convenient. I was lucky enough to get a room on my check-in day, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, arranging a complimentary early check-in for me in the morning, which was a lifesaver after an overnight journey – I could rest a bit before starting my day."

"Absolutely fantastic! Staying here in Barcelona was so comfortable! The rooms were spacious, and the living room was great! There was a microwave, dishwasher, and they even thoughtfully provided disposable cleaning supplies 🧽, so you could cook something you wanted, and heat up a glass of milk before bed 🥛 – wonderful!
However, there was one drawback. I saw other reviews mentioning an unpleasant odor in the room, which my companion and I also noticed. It wasn't coming from the bathroom, kitchen, or drainpipes. To be precise, it was a foul smell coming from the air conditioning ducts – the kind of stench you see in sewers. We didn't even turn on the air conditioning the first night, but the whole room still smelled terrible. The second and third nights, with the air conditioning on, it was a bit better; the smell wasn't constant, but intermittent. The management might need to check the air conditioning ducts to see if they have any odor-blocking devices installed.
Aside from the room odor issue, everything was great!!
The receptionist was incredibly nice!! I'm so grateful to her for helping me resolve the issue with the main entrance on the first floor. Also, thank you to the gentleman at the phone customer service center; he was incredibly kind and patient in helping me with the door problem. 🙏 If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Barcelona!"

"The hotel located in a residential area abit far away from the tourist spots. There is a metro station about 5 min walk from the hotel. We mainly bolt cost about 10-20 euro to central, train is also quite convenient when there is congestion. Room is good size. Gym is very small. In winter there is only heating in the room, even advertised with air conditioning. We have to open window if room got too hot but we are reluctant to do so due to safety reason of our 4 yr old. I discussed with the receptionist, they changed our room to a lower level and provide us a fan."

"The manager was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was especially good. It is about a 7-minute walk from the airport bus or subway station, but it is not too difficult. There is a nice Arena shopping mall nearby, as well as restaurants and an observation deck."

"This hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. I arrived in the morning and they kindly allowed an early check-in, which was very thoughtful. The hotel facilities are standard, and there's a subway station right outside, not far from the Spanish Steps. The environment is a bit noisy due to the subway sounds from the street, but it's within a tolerable range."

"The hotel is quite large and grand, and is often used for business meetings. A 500ML bottle of mineral water in the room costs 8 euros, and not even a bottle of water is given as a gift. It's really stingy. The beautiful swimming pool in the picture belongs to the club next door, and it costs 75 euros per person. I was deceived by the picture. The morning was so-so. I probably won't stay here next time. The transportation is inconvenient."

"The three of us girls stayed in this hotel for four nights. We booked a superior room. The room was very big and beautiful. There was free coffee and soft drinks in the small refrigerator. There was also a beautiful small garden downstairs. When the sun was good, we could take soda to the garden downstairs to lie down. The area around the hotel was very quiet and beautiful. There were many small shops worth visiting:) It was about 10-15 euros by taxi from the main attractions.
The hotel breakfast cost an extra 19 euros per person. We ate it for three consecutive days. We were a little tired of it on the last day, but the price-performance ratio was still good.
The only setback was that on the second day of our stay, the hotel manager came over and said that our room could only accommodate two people, so we paid an extra fee to upgrade to a suite. We added two nights, and the fee was 100 euros per night. However, when we checked out, we waived breakfast for one of the three people, so the charge was still reasonable.
Barcelona is the last stop of our Spanish trip. It is very important for us girls to live in a safe, clean and comfortable hotel. This hotel met our expectations and everyone was quite satisfied."

RReidAngelaWe visited for New Years Eve and it was really fantastic. Excellent service, great dinner and views of the fireworks in Barcelona and super comfortable rooms. Rooms were a little hot but we managed by opening the window. We didn´t use the spa but visited and will definitely be back to try some treatments. Its an oasis not far from Barcelona and well worth a visit. Yes its a bit old and not perfect but that adds to the charm for me!!

CChunlvSince I booked a private tour of Barcelona through Trip.com, and the itinerary included a Mercure hotel, I decided to book an extra night at the same Mercure because the tour was locally organized. The check-in staff was very friendly. The hotel's surroundings are nice, close to a residential area, with a coffee shop and a convenience store right downstairs, making it very easy to grab some food. The hotel breakfast was also very generous, basically meeting all the needs of the guests. Sleep was very quiet at night. The bathroom is quite large, especially for a city hotel. My stay happened to be over New Year's Eve, and the hotel even provided 12 grapes on December 31st, 2025, which added to the fun and atmosphere of a Spanish New Year. Staying for four consecutive nights, I felt very safe and welcomed. The experience was consistent with Mercure hotels in China, which I often choose when traveling domestically. This trip was absolutely perfect.

AAnonymous User酒店離還不是很遠，大概1.5公里左右，在房間可以遠眺海岸線，好像還分上下兩部分的，下半部分為四星，上半部分前台在25層是五星，提前兩天預訂的酒店，1500一晚上，住了兩晚，結果到了酒店手欠搜了下才1100多了，算了。以後預訂還是要很慎重才行呢！前台比較差，有點不耐煩，可能我是亞洲人？房間挺大的，配置也還算可以，拖鞋牙刷也有的，煮水壺咖啡機也有，就是暖氣片不熱的，空調開30度一直開着沒有任何效果，1613房，因為行程比較趕，所以就是晚上睡一下而已，將就了
