We’re in Moutiers for a ski trip, but unfortunately all other places are fully booked hence this awfully distant hotel.
First off, the hotel is terribly hard to get to. You will need to climb up a small hill to get there (nightmare if you’re returning from a day’s skiing 😅)
Secondly, the staff at the reception is not really friendly or helpful. She speaks no English and it was very difficult to communicate. Luggage storage before check in is always not available.
The room is not very sanitary either. Bed bugs were spotted and the extra quilt we asked for was dirty.
The room was not equipped with kettle and there were even no cups before we asked…..
Yet the hotel charges still a lot, which was obviously not worthwhile.

Simple but not more practical close to road access
soundproofing is not very good otherwise the bathroom is clean and the bedding comfortable

This hotel is 2*. In need of totally refurbishment, looks terrible from the outside, worn out curtains and wooden rotten frames. On arrival meet by male ? Job role? who was very talkative and looked unhappy shouting…. Come on in Come on In ??? Very quick check in … no paperwork and room keys handed over. Rooms were clean but very smelly, water was brown!!! One desk/ chair very basic. Shower looked newish but took 10 mins to warm up! Not able to lock door from inside.. No security at all. After driving 600 miles was told by reception NO Hot drinks/water etc until breakfast @7am. Website said snack menu available as there is no restaurant. After speaking to reception he told me to ring a number for a Delivery Pizza from town !! WHAT Never again Avoid this place!!!

Do not stay at this hotel. We have paid €350 euro on *********** for two rooms with breakfast included…except we leave at 7am and they refuse to serve us breakfast before 7.3am! And now they say I haven’t paid for breakfast so won’t refund me even though I have paid over €350 for 1 night. Room is an absolutely disgrace. Can’t even fit our bags in. This hotel is a dump. Photos are not realistic.

Thanks to the receptionist last night for his availability and kindness! Unfortunately these are the only positive points of our night in this hotel... 144€ per night with breakfast for a room reserved with a double bed and arriving with 2 twin beds... a bathroom with more than questionable finishes... a shower curtain (we love it...) the mixer installed on the bathroom sink so it is not possible to properly close this famous curtain... no hair dryer. No fresh fruit for breakfast, industrial fruit juices. Oh yes, 2nd positive point thank you for the scrambled eggs and the bacon.

Hotel a little out of town. On the 1st floor, the rooms are modern and clean. Very good bathroom. Average bedding. On the other hand, noisy, you can see the daylight around the entrance door of the room. It's a shame. Correct price Free parking

We came last week, during our cycling trip. David, the hotel manager, welcomed us very well and made sure that our overnight stay went as well as possible. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of Moûtiers. The breakfast is very generous. Thank you David for your professionalism!

The name promises great things, but unfortunately it is nothing! Run-down hotel, not very inviting, breakfast room cold and unloving, but breakfast good and sufficient, location nice, room clean, OK for one night, probably used a lot by workers
