Hotel was in need of total refurbishment wall paper in the stairway falling off lift not working. On arrival the reception was in darkness and very unappealing. Bedrooms need a good refurbishment very outdated . Bathroom needs a good clean , bath surround stained and needed a good clean . Carpet on the stairs going up to the bedrooms were going threadbare. Out side neon light with the hotel name on flashing on and off all night like a place you rent the rooms by the hour . Generally very poor standards and unappealing.

Great little hotel near the station. Modest but clean and a great shower and bed. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Everything you need for a night or two. Moutiers is also a very nice town with good restaurants and a typical, appealing Savoyarde character.

A very basic hotel, minimally staffed, functional. Worn-out and dated decor. Next to train station and train tracks, and the trains run all day and night. Surprisingly good breakfast. Also, on a Sunday night, there was only ONE restaurant in the entire town open.

The word restuarant needs removing from the title as along with a lack of staff while we stayed there was no restuarant to speak of to eat in the evening - one of our key reasons for booking. The hotel held two rooms worth of stay plus a deposit when we arrived. We paid when we left, and they then proceeded to take the upfront held payment and deposit too. After complaining we received some of our money back but less all the commission fees and bank charges so we are now £58 down, the hotel hasn’t responded to our complaint, and will now have to go through our bank to file a chargeback claim which will end up costing them a further £80-£100. 1 room was OK, the other had no shower head holder to have a shower (the other did) and was very tired. Parking outside was good and free. Only time I will be visiting again is when I am next passing soon, to demand my money, which funnily enough happened one morning when a previous guest walked in demanding his deposit back too!!!

We rented the function room here - it was spot on. Really well equipped for our training course. The hotel sorted us out with what you'd expect and then left us alone to do what we wanted to do. They allowed us to use all areas of the hotel withuot hesitation. Coffee machine in the room we hired was well stocked and the lunch they prepared for us at their sister hotel was just great. Super efficient from start to finish. Thanks Jeremy ad the team. We are planning to have next years course there too.

Je n’ai pas apprécié mon séjour dedans cet hôtel. Un des responsables n’a ni été serviable ni aimable. Je trouve le prix cher pour un hôtel de ce standing, de plus qui ce trouve à Moutiers. À l’arrivée on peut accéder à notre chambre qu’à 16h pas de possibilité d’y accéder plus tôt , par contre lors du départ on nous chasse dès 11h pétente! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel .

Après une petite bière entre amis dans un bar très sympa de Moûtiers, nous décidons d’aller manger.... Et là c’est le drame... Fondue servie froide, salade sans saveurs, frites trop cuites (voir grillées)... comment louper des plats si simples ?? Je ne recommande pas du tout pour le bien de vos papilles !!!

Certes ce n'est pas le plus moderne des hotels mais les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Idéal pour une étape rapide avnat de monter en station. Un petit plus spécial pour l'automate qui permet de récupérer ses clés tard le soir.
