Great location with very friendly staff...nice view from balcony. Perfect. Shop is few meters from hotel,, 5 min from beach with great restaurants and bar... definitely coming again. Pics from my balcony

We were greeted and seated early. We were asked for €20 more, without leaving a receipt. The rooms are old and shabby, many things are broken or dilapidated, there even seems to be holes in the roof, fortunately it didn't rain.
The only positive note is the view from the balcony.

The room needed total refurbishment, kitchenette and bathroom very old. Not properly cleaned. We did not stay. Very old building up a very steep hill, snack bars not open and looked almost derelict. Pool area unkempt.

the positive side is the location, actually close to the beach. When we arrived we found ourselves in a room very different from the photos on the web, in fact the structure appears old and dilapidated, our room was previously rusty and dirty everywhere, the water was not drinkable, the TV did not work, the rusty stove, the refrigerator that did not close, the toilet flush broken. Fortunately the owners were available to change our room with another, unfortunately also with the same problems, but at least with a working refrigerator and toilet. The price paid for the stay in the structure is absolutely excessive.

Fantastic week, some small initial problems with the lights and bathroom which were promptly resolved by the staff. The managers are wonderful people, super sweet and kind, excellent location to be able to move around comfortably and beautiful views. Rita D'Auria

I stayed here for a week and unfortunately I was really disappointed. I give 2 stars for the location, excellent, 2 minutes from the beautiful Barbati beach and supermarkets and taverns, as well as close to Ipsos and the best beaches on the island. The other goes to the staff, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I have to say that the structure is very different from what can be seen from the photos online... we expected a new and clean room but everything there needs renovation and maintenance as well as greater cleaning. Dust or I don't know what was constantly falling from the ceiling, the room was cleaned only once in 7 days just because we pointed it out. Furthermore, terrible value for money, more than €100 per night for such a condition is not honest, even though it is August.

Excellent location, breathtaking view. However, the apartment was dirty and old, although for a stay with friends it did not prove to be a problem: the kitchen counter was already dirty, salt water from the sink and shower, there was no water pressure and the constant presence of wasps on the terrace. The managers Filippo and Maria are truly kind-hearted and kind people, who make sure you don't miss anything if you need it.
