Forth time we have stayed at Elli-marina, best place to stay in Benities. Great hosts Andreas and his wife very helpful and friendly, very clean and spacious rooms with A/C, cleaners excellent and great facilities. Will return again

Good - Warm welcome from Andreas and family. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds and sun umbrellas reserved for guests. On-site bar serving food and drinks. Air con and safety deposit box included within the price, spacious room and comfortable beds. Far enough away from the main road so no traffic disturbance, however, within walking distance of beach, shops, bus stops and main restaurant *****. Bad - Dated fittings and fixtures in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Surrounded by accommodation blocks so feels very enclosed. Room we had was noisy as it was a studio with a connecting door (locked) to the next studio and able to hear everything from next door, thin walls so could hear noise from surrounding rooms. Rooms cleaned and toilet waste bin emptied only twice a week as were sheets and towels. Shower was tiny, unpredictable and kept loosing pressure so water was either too hot or too cold. Toilet flush was not efficient.

Vacanza di 7 notti ... nonostante sul sito dove ho prenotato ci fosse scritto che effettuano pulizia giornaliera, appena arrivata mi hanno avvisata che la pulizia c'era ogni tre giorni. La pulizia è stata fatta in questo modo: cambio asciugamani e cambio lenzuola. Nient'altro. Non hanno nemmeno pulito il lavandino e tantomeno rimesso il kit di cortesia con bagno schiuma e shampoo. Preciso, inoltre, che il lenzuolo di sotto era corto e, rigirandosi nel letto ti ritrovavi a contatto diretto con il materasso (assente il coprimaterasso). Il lenzuolo di sopra mi è stato lasciato piegato sul letto. Ho dovuto metterlo io. La pulizia del sesto giorno è avvenuta con un semplicissimo cambio di asciugamani. A parte questo...la struttura di trova a 100 metri dal mare e a mezz'ora da Kerkira. Buone vacanze...

Soggiorno di 8 notti, da apprezzare e sottolineare l'estrema pulizia ed il costante cambio lenzuola/asciugamani. Un po difficile trovare il parcheggio: non bisogna seguire le indicazioni di Maps, ma bisogna girare nella via dopo quella segnalata dal navigatore, poiché se no ci si ritroverà in una strada troppo stretta per il passaggio di una macchina. I punti negativi sono stati l'arredamento un po vecchio, gli infissi della camera datati e poco sicuri e la scarsa illuminazione della camera: di sera risulta veramente troppo scarsa. Camera un po piccola e balconcino troppo minuto con un microstendino e un tavolino che peró non permette di chiudere le persiane. Da apprezzare l'estrema pulizia e la piscina molto bella.
