Other than the weather the hotel didn’t fail to disappoint. Food was lovely with a varied selection. The rooms were BIG and comfortable. Most of all the staff were amazing. All the entertainers were kind and friendly, were always more than happy to help or go above and beyond for the children. Staff stood out, Yoyo, Taz, Tweetie, all of them really just don’t know names. One evening the entertainment didn’t turn up and the staff had to improvise and put on such a great show at the drop of a hat. Had all the audience involved and did so with and smile and without hesitation. So happy with our choice in hotel. Next time will come in the warmer months.
