Popular Mueang Maha Sarakham 4-star Hotels

One of the few well maintained hotels from the 1980’s (?) that represents Thai decor with its beautiful wood work, decorations and detail. The rooms are spacious with a couch, nice interior, flat screen TV, fridge and comfortable beds. The bathroom is old but has a nice bathtub with plenty of hot water. The free buffet breakfast was above the norm for the price. Amazing well trained friendly staff which is a nice change from most hotels in Isaan. The large swimming pool is walking distance to the “sister” hotel. There are showers and changing rooms at the pool. ( not an attractive pool but basic). A small shopping center with a grocery store is walking distance ( 2 blocks away).

The room is well designed and well-designed. There is a lot of usable space. There are shelves in every area of ​​the room. I booked a superior king room. The room is big, clean, and spacious. The bed is very big. For those who like toss and turn like me, I like this. The design is simple and luxurious. It looks very expensive. The service is excellent. If I have a chance to come here again, I will come back to stay again.

The hotel is good, a little criticizing about cleanliness. The blanket has yellow stains. In the morning, there is a staff member calling to check at 11 o'clock.

Recently booked into this place on my travels, mixed feelings about the place. Big modern hotel, less than 12 months old, no character a very very uninspiring place, almost clinical. Clearly a budget hotel, yes you get what you pay for almost. Rooms big and bland, sp****ly furnished. I was one of three people staying at the hotel, has a big outdoor swimming pool which was poorly maintained, water was cloudy and full of slime, I was told not to use the pool because the filtration system was not working, my room had all the basic amenities plus a colony of mosquitos which was quite distressing, the hotel did provided and electric mosquito trap but unfortunately it didn’t work. Breakfast is apparently available at an extra cost of 200 Baht per person, I was asked to tell reception at what time I wanted breakfast, which I did and on my first morning I turned up at the restaurant, there was nothing no food, no drinks, no staff, no chef absolutely abysmal, so I didn’t bother again during the remainder of my stay. Whilst the hotel has a restaurant they have no menus available and very much I guess cook on demand when the chef can actually be bothered. The Hotel is in a good location, many bars and good quality restaurants within walking distance. The staff were really friendly, apologetic and ineffectual. I think this is a reflection on the hotels owner whom I met when I checked out, she asked me to give her my feedback on my stay, then promptly walked off prior to me making comment which I thought was extremely rude and disrespectful clearly not really interested. It’s a shame because if run correctly and spruced up a bit it would make a really good budget hotel. It was clear from the facilities there that they are geared up for big functions and weddings etc, so maybe that is their core objective and primary business.

Moreover, the footsteps and conversations of other guests passing by in the corridor are easily heard inside the room, potentially disturbing your peace and privacy. The hotel's location is convenient, placing you within easy reach of local attractions and amenities. However, this central position might contribute to the noise levels, as it's situated in a bustling area of the city. For travelers on a tight budget or those planning a short stay, Hop Inn Maha Sarakham offers reasonable value for money. The comfortable bed and functional amenities provide a decent base for exploring the city. However, if you're a light sleeper or someone who values peace and quiet, you might want to consider alternative options or come prepared with earplugs. Sleep well, double bed, cool air conditioner, breakfast is available to eat, but things run out a bit early. I like the most is the receptionist very rude. If you go back next time, you should have already born. I will go back to see the children.

The bathroom in front is very scared because half of the bathroom next to no roof open, afraid of snakes, going to the bedroom, busy part, there is a narrow, the door is not closed fully, aiming to prevent the mosquitoes.

Just staying for the first time Feeling like The accommodation is not suitable for booking through the app because when entering to inform the name, you have to call to check elsewhere. Then the service staff was frustrated with us. Like we came to make the staff more difficult. Also, booking through the app is more expensive because the cost Accommodation is only 500 baht per night, it is a standard room, but the price is 630.05 baht, which this price should be a deluxe room at 600 baht per night, but we can't remember what kind of room when we booked as well. So didn't ask the soap And another thing, like the accommodation will focus on temporary services rather than overnight. The facilities are complete, but not very good, such as WiFi is available, but it is very difficult to connect. Smart TV is available, but it is difficult to open. If you want to watch YouTube / Netflix, we have to connect the hotspot from your mobile phone instead. In order to see the good atmosphere, the sound is not loud even though The accommodation is next to the bypass road where cars pass through all night.
