Being upgraded to this hotel was just a perfect thing to happen to us. Fantastic hospitality and service by all staff, gorgeous and high quality cuisine with wide selection of meals from various regions, perfectly quiet period of time given Ramadan interrupted only by lots of very nice talks and great service from Dilakshan and nice beach attended flawlessly by Stanley.

the people there were all so nice, especially brasin, he accompanied us and helped accommodate our grandmother while we were doing a small tour of the place. he even let us try the oyster shucking experience. khalifa was also a very helpful guy, he answered our questions and helped us find our room.

The whole hotel is so pretty. I was awestruck! I also really like the convenience that its connected to the mall—Marassi Galleria. Special thanks to Khalifa, and Brasin from the spa. They were so nice and accommodating I had a wonderful time.

Address was superb! I went to the spa for a treatment and the lady gave me the most amazing massage I have ever gotten in years — I literally fell asleep! But anyway the place is just amazing. Great staff, beautiful place, and nice amenities. Thanks for giving me such a wonderful stay!! Special thanks to Brasin & Khalifa for helping me throughout my stay. Cheers!

The stay in this hotel was literally fabulous. The charming surroundings, the modern and immaculately clean interiors and the overall atmosphere of the place gave us the best possible rest. Everything felt luxurious, yet cosy at the same time - as if every guest should feel special here. But what made our stay absolutely unforgettable was the staff. Nowhere have we experienced so many kind, smiling and helpful people. All of the hotel staff were professional but incredibly friendly, always ready to help and make our day even better. Their positive attitude added a whole different dimension to the whole stay. A huge thank you to the pool bartender Ali, who made every day more enjoyable with his energy, smile and good mood. His friendly attitude and willingness to have fun with us was truly exceptional. Every drink he prepared for us was not only great, but because of his personality, he had something extra - the joy he spread around. I would equally like to highlight the pool and beach team who looked after us with incredible care. They constantly made sure we had everything, brought us fresh fruit and were always ready to fulfill any request with a smile. This hotel is perfection in every way - from the ambiance to the food to the service. One big THANK YOU for a wonderful holiday. We are already looking forward to coming back!

It's amazing experience everytime we visit the hotel. The kids club staff is very professional handling kids and conduct activities. Kodus to Mr. Melfie and Jenter for making our kids satisfied and happy. Overall experience in this hotel is amazing.
