Very bad experience, first day Air conditioning problem, then change room on second day water pipe broken... Third day toilet bowl water botton can't press....TOO BAD... compare other hotel prices the highest and the room quality not matched..

1.bidet not clean.. also shower room got customer hair even the the room just after the cleaning services.
2.TV no signal..
3.system announced can check in 2pm.. when i got there 2.30 pm still cannot check inn, front desk said room not clean yet.. 😂 and i need to wait more than half an hour.. 💁🏻♀️
