Aircon too cold and the thermostat cannot be adjusted. 3rd day onwards on hot water, and water too cold for bathing.

The hotel wifi is horrible!!! Better to go to Starbuck to get the wifi connection. The location of the hotel is good with many nice, good restaurants nearby, all within walking distance
The swimming pool is on the 2nd floor and you have to walk across the building to go to the pool which is so inconvenient. The swimming pool is pretty bare with no facilities
The lobby area is quite miserable with limited seats. There is a bakery store and Starbuck is within the lobby area. The room is clean but a little old, need to do some renovation to improve on the outlook

Hotel is clean and old well maintained, ask for water at front office took them 5 minutes and can’t get any water from there . Location is good food and shopping mall within walking distance include a MC Donalds next to hotel .

Even though the hotel is quite seasoned, it is very clean and well maintained. Good location- attached to the mall and near to restaurants.
