房間面積很大，很乾凈，衞生間沒有毛巾架或掛鈎，洗澡換衣服不方便，酒店後面有一個很大的湖，漂亮的。預訂到了酒店後，前台查詢沒有收到預訂訊息，經過協調可以辦理入住，但拿着房卡打開房間一看，裏面還有客人的衣服掛在衣架上，再下樓去前台交涉，幾個來回，總算辦好了入住，我想問一下酒店為啥客人還沒有退房就把房卡又發出來啦？這酒店的登記系統也太差了吧！
