Hotel Multan

I recently had the misfortune of staying at The Grand Hotel, Multan, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel fails to provide even basic amenities and services expected from a decent establishment. 1. Cleanliness: The rooms and facilities were poorly maintained and not clean. Dust and grime were visible, making the environment unpleasant. 2. Furniture: The beds were broken, and the mattresses were uncomfortable and worn out, making it nearly impossible to rest properly. 3. Washroom Facilities: There was no warm water available in the washroom, and to make matters worse, the tap was broken. These basic issues made the stay extremely inconvenient. 4. Breakfast: The hotel lacks a breakfast facility, which is unacceptable for travelers expecting minimal hospitality services. 5. Overall Maintenance: The hotel appears neglected, with poor maintenance and a lack of attention to guest comfort. Final Verdict: The Grand Hotel in Multan provides a third-class experience. With broken furniture, unusable facilities, and no focus on cleanliness or customer satisfaction, it is not worth the time or money. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodation.

Poor services they have. No coordination among the staff members. Got a broken beds and damaged mattress, despite complaint, nothing was done. No warm winter in one room in winter. Don’t waste money and time staying in here. Nothing ‘complimentary’ although they said we will provide on arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The room I stayed in was very clean. The staff were also very polite. The location was in the centre and very accessible to the Airport.

The location of the hotel was very good we were near to the district court and to the cantt. The Hotel was really good , the room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean. The thing that i liked the most about this hotel was the staff which was extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel was very safe and very family friendly hotel. I would definitely stay here the next time i visit Multan
