I always liked Swiss Bel. SURABAYA Manyar can improve. Breakfast they were clearly shorthanded.。couldn't find staff when needed and also the food was cold and not replenished in timely manner. Was a disappointment . When i went to the pool in evening, it was occupied with big group of guys and it was clear i was not going to be able to even swim. It's a lap pool but I think many take it as s giant group jacuzzi. Again, no sign of stsff around.
Otherwise nice bed and room is good size.

The room is clean but the dining tools provided by the hotel are not clean, the air conditioner is cold, the check-in process is fast & must deposit first 100rb.Dekat ITS 1km distance. Friendly service.
