I did not expect my stay there is going to be so pleasant. My impressions from reaching to leaving the Oakwood hotel, always greeted by all smiling staffs from the lobby, reception, restaurants, housekeeping. Check in and out process is like a breeze. Breakfast is good and staff even remember their guest room number. The room is huge and comfortable and clean. Bed is comfortable. Only that it is facing the main road, there were some road noise could be heard at night. There is a huge fridge and a washing/dryer machine. Full utensils, cook ware and Coffee machine. Will recommended this hotel to anyone. The gestures, politeness and services provided by the staffs are really 5 stars.

Everything was perfect except the air conditioner not cold enough even in the night. I’d been here twice but always get the same problem with air conditioner Hope one day they can fix it

Very nice place and clean. Parking lot is not alot, but there is valet service to help. Recommended

I was order a non smoking room, but there were cigarette stains on the bedside table. Please pay more attention to things like this. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. Thank you very much.

Kamar bersih, nyaman, didalam Mall jadi tidak susah cari makan. sudah ada alat mandi dan memasak juga.
