Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

AVOID THIS HOTEL – ALL SHOW, NO SUBSTANCE
This hotel is all about appearances with zero value. Here’s why you should stay away:
1. No Basic Amenities: No hot water facility – completely unacceptable.
2. Filthy and Unorganized: The lobby is cluttered with things lying around, and the cleaning staff is unreliable. Rooms may or may not be cleaned, and overall cleanliness is horrendous.
3. Terrible Views: Don’t expect any scenic views; the surroundings are disappointing.
Horrible Staff and Service:
The staff clearly lacks a hospitality mindset and is only focused on extracting money from guests.
Rude Behavior: ALI at the front desk was extremely rude, especially towards senior citizens. They spoke disrespectfully and seemed unconcerned about customer satisfaction.
