The rooms were fine as per the price. Cafeteria has good food and the staff is polite. They do not offer room service and the location is not that accessible for night travel. Overall, an average experience.

The stay quality and overall hospitality has dropped to drains. I have been visiting this place since 2018 and i have seen things going down. Staff has become rude and inconsiderate. Lot of rules which are not very guest friendly. Cleanliness is again very very bad. Overall not gonna recommend this.

It's my first time in mumbai zoestal and and it's amazing and also the sa akansha ayesha and ravi and best stay and amazing people The vibe is somethinh i dont get anywhere or any hostel I'd 100% recommend to everybod, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A GEN Z🫶♥️

My stay in Zostel Marol Mumbai has been nothing short of excellence and I have been taken care of by front office staff since the beginning of check in to check out and the process was very swift and smooth,,,Akanksha from front desk really did a great job in making my stay better and I would love to come back here again and again 😊

I just visited zostel Mumbai in the previous week, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit zostel mumbai once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

The stay was good, it’s always fun at a Zostel. Just one feedback about washrooms - please keep it clean. Sometimes it really stinks. Other than that the cafe and the friend zone is pretty good and it also has a co work at this property where you can work from at a very small cost.
